There was a little blood on the back of my shirt (maybe 4 or 5 drops), but I didn't know. I did my noon and evening prayers. When I got home around 9 PM I noticed the blood. Do I have to redo my prayer? or it's accepted as it is?

There is nothing wrong with human blood, it is not najas, so your prayers are okay insha' Allah and you dont have to redo them.

I heard there was something about wetting the clothes and wringing them out three times that meant that they weren't Najis anymore. But I'm not that sure about all the details though...
