If u want to really learn about Islam.....I suggest that bcuz u DONT have to travel with a mehram and all that: U ought to go to Saudi.
It is the best place to go:
Adhaan heard for every salah
Ppl of ur own religion
.....and the rest!!!
Saudi is the place to go!!! Check out the school/institute that Shiekh Abdar Rahmaan As Sudais is the head/prinicipal of!!!

does such institutions teach almost everything about Islam,like Quranic history,dialects,etc?
what about the Al-Azhar university?

sheikh sudais is the principal of umm al qura uni which is mashallah very good
as is dar al hadith and madinah uni

Theres jami abu noor in damascus which is meant be quiet good. But the university in medianh and egypt is better.
