A Survival Kit For Every Day Living

Items Needed:

Toothpick
Rubber Band
Band Aid
Pencil
Eraser
Chewing Gum
Mint
Candy Kiss
Tea Bag
Why:

TOOTHPICK -
To remind you to pick out the good qualities in others.
RUBBER BAND -
To remind you to be flexible, things might not always go the way you want but it will work out, Insha Allaah.
BAND AID -
To remind you to heal hurt feelings, yours or someone else's.
PENCIL -
To remind you to list your blessings everyday.
ERASER -
To remind you that everyone makes mistakes, and it's OK. Allaah Azza Wa Jal is Most Forgiving.
CHEWING GUM -
To remind you to stick with it and by Allaahs' Permission, you can accomplish anything.
MINT -
To remind you that you are worth a mint.
CANDY KISS -
To remind you that everyone, including yourself, could use a kiss or a hug everyday.
TEA BAG -
To remind you to relax daily and reflect on all the positive things in your life.
Each verbal wound is as bad as a physical one.
Friend's are a very rare jewel, indeed.
They make you smile and encourage you to succeed.
They lend an ear, share a word of praise and they always open their hearts to us.

how lovely - imagine carrying those things around everyday though - and if somebody asked you, and you gave the reasons as above, they would think you are so wise!! its very sweet. maybe i really will carry those things around with me - symbolic, you know?? hehe.
