Brothers and Sisters, i really want to say welcome or reply to the new ones here, but i can't reply in the "Introduce yourself" section. It is said that I'm a limited member, but cant' limited members reply on this forum?...
( if i want to reply, my post goes on another page, not on the same page as the original thread of the new comer...).

wa alykum asalam warahmatulahi wabarakatuh.

i'm not really sure sister, but a 'limited member' will become a full member after they have posted 50 posts. right now you might not be able to reply to the people in the introduction section but you will be able to post in the other sections insha Allaah.

after this - when you have got more than 50 posts, you will be able to reply back to the people in the introduction section insha Allaah.

wasalam o 'alykum warahmatulahi wabarakatuh.

This is explained in the Limited Member FAQ

The reason why they cannot reply to other introduction topics is to prevent spam. It is a quick way to 'raise' your postcount instead of offering constructive contribution by posting in the other sections.
