Its true most of our brothers opt to live as employees so its important that wealthy Muslims with competence must meet and try to help each other as in an industry. I do not know to express it with appropriate terms but from an example in the production of a Car manufacturer seats will be produced from an outsider. Similarly let the muslims each other at least in ancillary products and as in finance let them become partners by halal financing (not riba)
