The burden of a loan. Question.

    Report bad ads?

    Assalamu alaykum warahmatullahi wa barakatu

I know dying without paying off your debt is something serious in Islam. I have heard some scary hadith about your soul being suspended!

Anyway, I wanted to talk about student loans. A lot of students are in debt because of college. When I am talking about loans, I mean halal ones without riba/interest.

So if I died while being in debt from student loans... What would that mean??!

Would I have to ask someone else to pay off my debt for me because I'm not sure if anyone I know would be willing to do so.

Assalam o Alaikum rahamutullahi wa barakuthu sister.

Ask a scholar yet? Allah has given them more knowledge than us. We are not very knowledgable people. just laymen instead. Allah gives knowledge to whoever He wills. the lesson of Khidr and Moses peace be upon him taught us this.

What about your family? Aren't they your support?

I might have one or two people to trust if they make enough money. I just hope I’m not considered sinful if it went out wrong.

    Pray to Allah.

    Put 100 % trust
    100% hope
    100% faith

Put trust, hope and faith in Allah and He will be sufficient for you and will help you in sha Allah.

Also death cant be predicted. Only Allah knows who will die one day. So try your best to do more good deeds. How long left til ur college is done? What about scholarship?

JazakAllahu khayran. I enrolled into a program that gave me two free years of college. Afterwards, I would have to pay for the next two years.

Asalaamualaykum - If you are in the UK and talking about the Govt. Student loans, then you would have to speak to a local scholar as there is a difference of opinion regarding the matter.

    ..it is,

maybe you should go around to all the people you know and make plans to rob them tomorrow instead.

honestly you have no idea what the world is like.

but thats fair though, allah swt raises and lowers as he wills.

i really dont fit in here anymore..

if you can convince yourself you can live without an education leading to a profession.

then maybe you can convince yourself to live without many other things also,

and if you find yourself on the streets without a home or easy means of movement then maybe you would consider yourself successful?

..and thats what they would say as they walked past, right?

in my shyness i forgot to talk..

so who writes for those that dont write themselves?

    grow up.

although saying that, im still paying off my student loan, i had a change of heart in my final year and ended up failing.

i dont really worry about it in all honesty.. while i work i will pay it.

but in a world of one with and one without..one big and one small, people would gladly trade in your life without thinking about it.

..you need to find a winners manual around here somewhere.

    although intent is everything.

i dont mean to spread confusion or misguidance.. its just gibberish anyway.

..id settle for a nice car and house, out of your way.. but i dont think the world is done teaching me yet.

manual labor, so if you ever feel like going to the gym.. i suppose id have to be grateful.

Wow. How on earth do you write like this?! I first read it being very confused. But after reading it, I completely understand what you mean. You hid your answer in this long beautiful message that addressed more than what I asked for. Quite interesting and wise, you should become a poet!

yeah i went to buy a coat the day after, but some guy in a mosque hat on his mobile came out of nowhere and started looking at the coat.. and about 4 or 5 huge gym bros were perusing the clothes just next door.. so i called it quits and walked away.

this is why we cant have nice things.

just ramblings of a mad man with fake eyes.

..but the guy with the lambo says believe in yourself.

i cant even go to the petrol station without bumping into people that want to retell my public losses.

    so upset.

..write yourself better and bear witness.
