    Eusra Khan here!I'm from Karachi,Pakistan & absolutely at comfort with people from all backgrounds/cultures & the sort.I'm pursuing Bachelors in Psychology from this Sept.after I quit it years ago.

    Let me tell you:

    I'm an Independent Consultant & a Co- Founder @EEC with Hussain Chandio.We deal with mental health awareness for Corporate specifically and in general.We advise about teaching Work Ethics with Career Counseling & Treating feuds while giving it momentum with Qur’an Al Kareem.

    To be aware of what's happening in the work industry & what you need to understand beforehand- Grin For Early Ears Mental Well-Being is never underestimated.Covid is back.Let's stay firm & be with each other for our struggles & our individual strikes!

    -Founded last April 2022 through a dream about it & thus it started!

    Atm,we are doing it online though we plan to expand it & you can choose whether you are comfortable with digital communication or in person.Alhamdulillah,starting little office at my place - will update when it's Prepared :-)

    We charge very less 4k for first session & 2k for others if needed.Also,fees is waived off.

    Being jobless can lead people to many mental health issues & they can severely damage ones life,relationships,career& social life!

    It's time we become grateful for the morsels that we earn & program our minds to help ourselves by counselling.

    Hiring Consultants in workplaces that has this vision can really be a blessing for all the stressed out folks & save people from losing jobs so easily.

    The Consultants shouldn't worry approaching the boss in a cordial way to discuss in benefits for his business even because everyone's in same boat of burning out. Yes it's true!

    That's why I can never recommend anyone to leave a job before you got better opportunity confirmed with a research on the culture & boss.

    Due to downsizing this horrifying era,it's becoming more an issue of joblessness & thus being deprived of what you earning already.

    Hope this age gets easier for everyone of us!

    Speak up on the spot with a dignified position,if you don't want to hire- Don't play fishie,giving admiration & valuing on face- Then disappear for many days,shutting doors afterwards.

    Reprehensible behaviour- Managers/HR- Do imagine yourself in their situations & know you are also on job- Not owning the business or organization.

    Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

    Detox For Healthy Workplace:

    Most often,it happens in the companies whose performance is deteriorating has the reason of no compliance with boss & employees.

    The basic & underlying problem is no big deal if its brought to notice & both the leaders & employees-

    "Arrange meetings with a communicative & professional Consultant who has an empathy for both teams,describing that way to individual success & to an organization level's lead on a larger scale.

    As "Empathy that brings good communication with cordial ties,can boost up morale & manners of everyone,if given righteous counsel"!

    The people are not bad- quit this rant.Everyone has their low times in their individual lives & overloaded work.Already,in these times that we live in, has an influx of mental health issues from work which is very depressing,so it's Cure is empathy - being down to earth with everyone & that brings staff & bosses to a breakthrough both in their personal & workplaces.

    If there's no real interest in others,then quit blaming each other for slow performance,bad directives & low reputation with best resorts to companies where the culture supercedes even more than payscales.

    Already because everyone is dead tired & want a flight off- this virus shouldn't spread to other companies,rather focus on fixing up yourselves.

    But people, have witnessed lack of morale support,good communication & been through abusive behaviour do gives up.

    Tendency for toxicity comes in but heck- let's mind ourselves if we looking for peace of mind & offering contributions to the company.

    Detox with "Empathy & healthy communication",looks a very different solution but a "Must" to secure a better employees & employer's future.

    Get a decent & a skilled Consultant in his profession with a remarkable repute for peace-making!

    Let's trust ALLAH & do what is needed! You're a diamond

    It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (RA) that RasulAllah (ﷺ) observed:

    " Verily the Great and Mighty Allah forgave my people the evil promptings arising in their minds, but they neither talked about them nor acted upon them."

    (Sahih Muslim, Book 1, Hadith 239)

    Mistake/forgetfulness/trial/co-ercion/insanity due to OCD/Allah gives excuses,understands & rewards generously to this issue faced by Muslim individuals.

    The Prophet (PBUH) told us:

    "Verily, Allah has overlooked for my nation their honest mistakes, forgetfulness, and what they are forced into doing.”

    ( Sunan Ibn Ma-jah, 2045)


    Never believe that you can stoop low.
    Never accept you thought it.
    Blame on satan for its evil.
    Don't overthink.
    Never give it attention.
    Occupy yourself fulltime with healthy activities
    Pray & do zikr
    Don't sit idle.


    "...And no person is more jealous of his honour than Allah, and no persons, is more fond of accepting an excuse than Allah, on account of which He has sent messengers, announcers of glad tidings and warners; and no one is more fond of praise than Allah on account of which Allah has promised Paradise."

    (Sahih Muslim, Book 19, Hadith 22)

    _For Hiring Managers_

    (Take notice)

    -Bad reputation to Company's name.
    -Employees feel under-valued.
    -Going back cannot help you with the support from colleagues.
    -Heavoc with mental health
    -This proposal shouldn't be created as it's a shame for both organization & it's other employees.

    _How Is The Aerial View_

    -Seems like "x" from "abc" was a misfit so he creeped back.
    -Wasn't ethical,the way he left the job & joined back.
    -Wasn't worth the new organization.(lacked skills,potential for growth etc)
    -Focused on trivial matters to switch the job more than the necessity to remain sane if the ex-Company was having good work culture.
    -No surity about new place
    -If there was toxicity in earlier place,try fixing up your issues by reaching out to Independent Consultants for Corporates Mental health& general well being.

    Keeping up high hopes in ALLAH Most High,with good deeds of kindness & virtues will land you in peace/contenment/good mental health & love with bounties accompanied with love of ALLAH.

    Calamities and disasters are a test for a person, and this is a sign that Allaah loves him, because this is like medicine: even though it is bitter, but still you offer the medicine, despite its bitterness, to the one whom you love; and Allah’s is the highest description.

    According to a Saheeh Hadeeth:

    “The greatest reward comes from the greatest trial. When Allaah loves people, He tests them, and whoever accepts it gains the pleasure of Allah and whoever complains earns His wrath"

    -Sunan Ibn Mājah 4031/Hassan

    For calamities to befall the believer is better than punishments being stored up for him in the Hereafter. How can it be otherwise when he is raised in status and his bad deeds are erased thereby?

    The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

    “When Allah wills good for His slave, He hastens his punishment in this world, and when He wills bad for His slave, He withholds his sins until he comes with them on the Day of Resurrection.”

    This a is a proof that we should not neglect our worldly lives too - (Ofcourse the halal things which are many, Alhamdulillah) as opposed to those people who cry alot for Deen,ruining Imaan,creating fitan & ultimately harming their worldly life that brings them (auzob'Illah) dislike to Deen itself.

    That's why we are taught to be moderate.
    -Hijab is Fardh
    -Jihad today is Fardh
    -Learning Deen is Fardh
    -Sharing it is Fardh - (Very easy now to share with a few clicks).

    We won't be held accountable for what we cannot do,maybe due to illness,or a trial of a different kinda(that's happening too).But we got to do our level best!

    Moderation is the key to gaining love & help of Allah with fair portion from this world too which the extremists teenagers or those who didn't understand the religion.

    Challenging oneself with better than thou people brings alot of growth for sure but it can lead you to:

    Burn outs.
    Jealousy.
    Low Self- Esteem.
    Wannabe person.

    Surah Ahzaab : Ayah 35

    إِنَّ ٱلْمُسْلِمِينَ وَٱلْمُسْلِمَـٰتِ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَـٰتِ وَٱلْقَـٰنِتِينَ وَٱلْقَـٰنِتَـٰتِ وَٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ وَٱلصَّـٰدِقَـٰتِ وَٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ وَٱلصَّـٰبِرَٰتِ وَٱلْخَـٰشِعِينَ وَٱلْخَـٰشِعَـٰتِ وَٱلْمُتَصَدِّقِينَ وَٱلْمُتَصَدِّقَـٰتِ وَٱلصَّـٰٓئِمِينَ وَٱلصَّـٰٓئِمَـٰتِ وَٱلْحَـٰفِظِينَ فُرُوجَهُمْ وَٱلْحَـٰفِظَـٰتِ وَٱلذَّٰكِرِينَ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرًۭا وَٱلذَّٰكِرَٰتِ أَعَدَّ ٱللَّهُ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةًۭ وَأَجْرًا عَظِيمًۭا


    Surely ˹for˺ Muslim men and women, believing men and women,1 devout men and women, truthful men and women, patient men and women, humble men and women, charitable men and women, fasting men and women, men and women who guard their chastity, and men and women who remember Allah often—for ˹all of˺ them Allah has prepared forgiveness and a great reward.

    Checklist -

    Doing something is better than nothing.Let us try to be aware & doing deeds that may end up getting admit into #Jannah (#paradise ) & ultimately Allah's blessings!

    Try these deeds.It's all help of Allah pouring down in all situations!

    Allah told us we should do deeds according to our capacity in fearing Him & that we are not tasked more than we can bear!

    Deeds regular even if little,is the #KEY to success.Told to us by Prophet PBUH.The good qualities mèntioned in 35:36 are "sought after" qualities- worth trying!
