    Islamic Shops

    Report bad ads?

    Salaam. Peace and greetings everyone.

Have any of you ever wondered why some shop names have the word 'Islamic' in them? Its always quizzed me as to why some shops have that word in their name. Do they think that by doing so they will get more customers from the Muslim community by implying they're 100% Islamic? Or is it just to give a nice name, a good impression.

There's a bakers in the town of Batley called 'Islamic Bakery'. All it sells is sweets and cakes for tea. Along with traditional Gujarati snacks too. What's so Islamic about that?

Got a question, or got something in general to say or ask me, drop me a line. Peace out!

    Re: Islamic Shops

In the case of the bakery, maybe adding 'Islamic' to the name of the shop shows they sell halal products?
