Hes more of a mujtahaid then you and me. We are both Muqalid.
But we are not discussing that.
The rules of the Madhabs say you cannot follow any scholar of the Madhab. The Madhabs have certain scholars you make Taqliid of as the Madhab is based on them.

Did you know this?
We are both muqalids of Great Mujtahaids, scholars.
Do you think the pious don't sin?
They merely:
Veiled themselves and didn't flaunt it
Sought forgiveness and didn't persist
Took ownership of it and don't justify it
And acted with excellence after they had erred - Ibn al-Qayyim

Now you are just repeating a phrase over and over again. That will not lead to a fruitful discussion. You will become frustrated and the mods will have no choice but to delete the posts.
I will leave you with your fallacy. Have a nice day. : )

Since you feel you won I would like to leave you with a quote of the Mujtahid Imaam al-Shaafi'i:
İmam al-Shafi'i said: "If I were argue with one thousand knowledgeable people,I would surely win the argument. But if I were to argue with one fool,I would lose the argument"
Follow the Qur'aan and Sunnah but if you must then follow the Shaafi'i Madhab. Sheikh al-Albaani and other independent researchers say it is closest to the Qur'aan and Sunnah.

I see the quote come true every day!
Enjoy the win ; )
May God preserve and keep you in good health. Arguments never get us anywhere. Not about Fiqh anyway.

Nah you didn't follow the thread. He claims there is no need for Qiyaas.
Why you've twisted the discussion?
You claimed that those rulings of imams' which were based on qiyas for not getting the Dalil, so modern age scholars can do qiyas if they find the dalil concerning same issue.
And I asked you to prove it that all four imams remain in darkness without dalil and had to do qiyas.
It should be known to you that only 4800 approximately ahadith were reported from prophet s.a.w but later on they're changed into millions due to different chains of transmission.
Now try to understand where an imam did qiyas.
e.g.
Can a zaani marry the mother of zaaniya (or her daughter born to their zina)?
There is no specific dalil in Quran, hadith and ijma of Sahaba ikam RA concerning the Hurmat of nikah.
in such cases Qiyas was done
If your scholars have got any specific dalil, plz tell us
