I suspect he's either from Nigeria or Somalia and has never set foot in a Western country. My suspicion is based on the fact that he really seems to believe very strongly that the earth is flat, and there are few nut-heads who believe this to be true (Boko Haram sympathizers are one exception). Then, he is so much against whatever is not ultra-Salafist.
