I would suggest letting her prove it herself. Ask her specificaly which hadith she believes contradicts the Qur'an then ask her to verify that what is is reading is Authentic hadith and ask her to show how it is contradicted in the Qur'an. so far I do not know of any Authentic hadith that are contradicted.
In order to satisfy your friend I believe it will have to be proven one hadith at a time, until she has seen a sufficient number to understand that the authenticate hadith do not contradict the Qur'an.
