How do women fit into Islam? What is their fate?
This has been the subject of many a debate
For the believing men and women, is a great reward
This is from Surah al Azaab, the words of our Lord
It can be seen from reading the Holy Quran
That a woman has privileges over a man
Praying is exempted during menstruation
Here Islam gives women consideration
A woman after marriage becomes a wife
For nine long months, she carries new life
In childbirth and shortly after, she doesn’t have to fast
Allah swt condemned burying baby girls in the past
They can pray at the Masjid or even at home
They can marry or divorce by their choice, their own
After marriage, she can retain her old maiden name
And is rewarded for treating all her offspring the same
Once they are married, they should live pious lives
‘And the best men are those, who are best to their wives’
Islam shows equality, my sisters and brothers
Don’t forget paradise lies at the feet of your mothers
Women in the UK, had property rights from 1938
This right was given in Islam, 14 centuries to date
In the UK, women could vote from 1918
This was stated 1400 years ago in Islam, our deen
Women can work and lead a happily married life
But shouldn’t neglect her role as a mother and wife
A woman for her child’s upbringing, deserves the merit
Islam also gives a woman, the right to inherit
A woman’s status in Islam, we should never neglect

The Norwegian Islam-site is very poor in poetry and other things. We dont even have a decent fatwah section in our language. Its a shame. Thats why I keep looking on other pages to find things.

بعد زواج هو يستطيع احتبست اسمه قديمة أولى
وكافأت ل يعامل كلّه نتاج ال نفس
ما إن هم يكون زوّجت هم سوفت عشت حيوات تقيّة
والرجال جيّدة أنّ الذي يكون جيّدة إلى زوجاتهم
إسلام يبدي حالت تساوي أخوات وإخوان
لا ينسى جنة أوضاع في الأقدام من أمهاتك
تلقّى نساء في ال [أوك] خاصية حقوق من 1938
أعطيت هذا حق كان بإسلام ، 14 قرون [تو دت]
في ال [أوك] ، نساء استطاع اقترعت من 1918
أفدت هذا كان 1400 سنون [أغو] في إسلامنا [دين]
نساء يستطيع عملت وقدت بسعادة يزوّج حياة
غير أنّ سوفت لا يهمل دوره كأم وزوجة
يستحقّ إمرأة لطفلته تربية ، اعتماده
يعطي إسلام أيضا إمرأة الحق أن يرث
إمرأة وضع في إسلام ، نحن سوفت أبدا أهملت
في إسلام أيّدت هم ويستحقّ إحترامهم.
“If you punish, then punish with the like of that wherewith you were afflicted. But if you endure patiently, indeed it is better for the patient. Endure you patiently. Your patience is not except through the help of Allah." (al-Nahl 16:126-127)
