[MODERATOR'S NOTE: This post has been moved to the front of the thread to show how the thread is now being used].

Hay, i have an idea...instead of just ryming, we can make it a challenge. Like what i mean is, Say someone writes a ryme, then the person to post after him has to START his ryme, with the SAME line as the person ended with before him.

    Example:
I got so angery at the violation that i couldnt see.
So angery that i retaliated and wished to hurt thee.
Wish to make you plead, and if im lucky make you bleed.
head shots and body slams, until you can-not breathe.

So then the person after that says:

Head shots and body slams, untl you can-not breathe
all the morals and laws that day were not with me
it was not for me to think, or even imagine what would come
i shouldve sat like ive been taught, not got so mad, not been so dumb
now im racing im pacing, cant forgive cant forget, cant relax, cant think
Now i understand the laws of Islam, shouldve understood be4 i decided 2 drink

And so on and so forth, but you get the idea, i hope?...anyone who thinks its a good idea, or wants to play along let me know, and then we can start InshaAllah...and and by the way, just because you start with the persons last line, doesnt mean that your ryme has to be the same idea or plot as theirs.

    Re: rhymes

I finally escaped from the rule and regulations of my LORD
    Forget learning and teaching ABROAD

It didnt take a minute or TWO
    in joining the worldy CRUE

So easily i indulged myself in so called minor SINS
Mostly consisting of music,tv and smoking 10 SLIMS

Never experiencing such amusment as TODAY
Banging music was deffinantly the cure of
last so islamicly fanatic dull DAYS.

Clock hit 3 in the MORNING
    when people left half SNORING

Making me realise what i had been upto all night
and now it was home time

    Sounds of music shut DOWN
messing me up and in sins DROWNED

And there i thought it was for freedom and peace, the SOURCE
Shame, that certaintly is in remebering your LORD

    Yasmin beat that LOOOLL!!Nah man!!!

    Re: rhymes

    We should do word jugglin'

Its a 'game' where a person starts off with a couple of lines, and the person follows and has to rhyme that, also, for those more advance, you should try to 'multi' which means a rhyme within the line, examples:

    I was a dirty Mushrikeen
Till I was guided on the Siratal Mustaqeem

Thats a basic line, heres a Multi,

    I 'pray-salah' and 'say-Allah' guide me~
    The 'day-aint far' I wont 'stray-Nah!', proudly..~

Used to do this alot before Islaam, sure did increase my vocabulary.

    Re: rhymes

Man is my darling, my love and my pain,
My pleasure, my excitement, and my love again,
My wisdom, my courage, my power, my all,
Oh Man, do not come to me until I call.

In man is my life, and in man is my death,
He is hazard, my pride and my breath,
I sought him, I wrought him, I pant on his worth,
In him I experience indeterminate growth,

Oh Man, Man, of all my animal dearest,
Do not come till I call, though thou weariest first.

Shall I tell you the signs of a New Age coming?
It is a sound of drubbing ans sobbing
Of people crying, We are old, we are old
And the sun is going down and becoming cold

Oh sinful and sad and the lastof our kind
If we turn to God now do you think He will mind?
Then thry fall on their knees and begin to whine
That the state of Art itself presages decline
As if Art has anything or ever had
To do with civilization whether good or bad.

Art is wild as a cat and quite separate from civilazation
But that is another matter that is not now under consideration.
Oh these people are fools with their sighing and sinning
Why should Man be at an end? he is hardly beginning
This new Age will slip in under cover of their cries
And be upon them before they have opened their eyes.

Well, say geological time is a one-foot rule
Then Man's only been here about half an incj to play the fool
Or be wise if he like, as he often has been
Oh heavens how these crying people spoil the beautiful geological scene

Alhamdulilah, La Ilaha Illa Huwa ~
La Ilaha Ill Allah, what words could be purer?~
Light on the lips, heavy in the scales~
Angels with Tight grips, gonna take you to hell~
If you don't pray in humility get down on it, and testify~
That he inspired to His prophets, theres Noone worthy of worship but I~
Instead you making profit, on riba only to wither back to Him above the Sky~
Whislt we back to Him whilst still alive, attached with sin but still mad high~
Cos am strapped with mercy until the end of time~
That's cos He's merciful to those who bown down to Him only, right?!~

Peace be upon the prophets, and may Allah have mercy on us!

The path is long but I hope we meet,
After the grave and the Day, in paradise in bliss upon a reclined seat.

A traveler traveling - travelled from shirk to tawheed,
If I'm remembered for anything - let it be the Mercy I seek.

A pirate I was meant to be,
Trim the sails and roam the sea.
We'll all avoid scurvy if we eat an orange..
    erm...erm....what rhymes with orange...door hinge?

    I give up
