As I advised another member with a similar question it would be impossible to comment on whether or not you are able to fast in accordance with your medical condition as we are not specialists in your condition and nor will a fatwa you find be able to accurately advise you because each and every physical and mental health condition is different therefore only a specialist will be able to advise you on your particular condition and the medication your on and how fasting will impact on you.
Therefore as I advised the other member you must book an appointment with a specialist on your condition who is preferably Muslim who will be able to understand the importance of fasting and how to adapt your medication around fasting or even if it will not be possible to adapt then the specialist will know. If you can't find a Muslim then you can explain the importance of fasting to the specialist but remember that Allah does not want to burden anyone beyond limits therefore if it is not possible then that is what is best for you and Allah will reward you accordingly and you can give fidya and inshaAllah get the same reward as someone who is fasting in accordance with your intentions as it is not your fault that you are not able to fast.
Jabir bin 'Abdullah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said:'A slave (of Allah) shall not believe until he believes in Al-Qadar, its good and its bad, such that he knows that what struck him would not have missed him, and that what missed him would not have struck him." (Jami 'at Tirmidhi)

Shaʿban: Preparation For Ramadan
Each year we are reminded that this Ramaḍān may be our final one. We also often remember those who were here last year but have passed on to Allah (subḥānahū wa ta‘ālā) since then.
Amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Ramaḍān, by the will of Allah, is the lifeline we desperately need: patience through fasting, tranquillity through the night prayer, purification through repentance, comfort through du‘ā’ and contentment through dhikr.
For this Ramaḍān to be our best, we should start preparing now, spiritually but also physically. The month of Shaʿbān is akin to the sunnah prayers. The sunnah prayers help us to get into the ‘mode’ of Salāḥ and prepare us for the farḍ prayers. By preparing in Shaʿbān, we are more likely to taste the sweetness of fasting and qiyām in Ramaḍān.
The following are some of the ways in which we can prepare for this momentous month:
1. Start fasting, especially if you have qada fasts
2. Increase in your recitation of the Qur’an
3. Start praying at night
4. Give charity
5. Start reading/listening to something which will boost your iman
6. Clear your heart
7. Hold yourself to account
8. Purify yourself before Ramadan by seeking forgiveness
9. Make a change in your routine
10. Draw up your Ramadan timetable
Read more detail of the above 10 points here:

Re: Everything you need to make this the best Ramadan EVER!
Assalaamu Alaikum, soon we welcome Ramadan, so we must ensure we try & make the best of it by making a plan & eradicating any distractions & bad habits that may prevent us from maximising it:
The Prophet ﷺ said:“Ramadan has come to you. (It is) a month of blessing, in which Allah covers you with blessing, for He sends down Mercy, decreases sins & answers prayers. In it, Allah looks at your competition (in good deeds), & boasts about you to His angels. So show Allah goodness from yourselves, for the unfortunate one is he who is deprived in (this month) of the mercy of Allah, the Mighty, the Exalted.” [Tabarani]
May Allah enable us to reach it, maximise it & gain forgiveness for all our previous sins. Ameen

Why do you fast? Is it because everyone around you does? Is it because it’s one of the five pillars?
Have you ever wondered why it is one of the five pillars? Although we strive to learn about the legal rulings of fasting, we often miss out on reflecting upon and attaining the spiritual elements of fasting.
Life With Allah has released an insightful PDF that explains how fasting is connected to the actions of the heart and how it purifies the soul.
1. Fasting & The Purification of The Soul
2. Taqwā: The Purpose of Fasting
3. Fasting & Ṣabr: A Training Programme to Stop Sinning
4. Fasting & Shukr: The Blessing of Ifṭhār and Suḥūr
5. Fasting & Ikhlāṣ
“Successful indeed is the one who purifies their soul, and doomed is the one who corrupts it!” (91:9-10).
