Rice is good. And tuna. Milk. Pears. Carrot. Cherries.. Avoid full-fat dairy products, have whole-grain, try to eat 5 or 6 times a day, not neccessarily big amounts, but well-balanced althrough the day.. There is so much info available, rather visit this site, check their articles and their recipes. For example:
