I know it is not the time for this topic since ramadan has finished

but..

I had a very big problem in ramadan espicially in my university..that is:
The students that eat and drink in the midday of ramadan eventhough they're muslims, have a very good health and have no reason to eat

My question is:

What should I do do if I see someone doing a very awful "ma3seyah" -in general-and what should I have done in ramadan??

what abt the consequences ??:X
what if he was a guy not a girl??
