Salams, during prayers i noticed someone shaking right fist slightly during the last sitting in prayer (Attahiyatoo...) however they stopped after raising index finger for ashaddu allah illaha. This happened throughout each prayers. What is this?

I dont know what you mean by the fist shaking but the different maghdabs do this bit differently so during the tashahud depending on what maghdab they follow the index finger will move up and down or stay still at different stages through the tashahud

They were shaking their index finger I suppose? This from a sahih hadith, but the scholars have differed on this issue.
