The Quran is a Path to Paradise
This is something that keeps us going in this world; Quran will eventually lead you to the Jannat-ul-Firdaus, the place that is best of them all.
There are many sayings of our Holy Prophet (SAW) that proofs this right. One of the many statements is: “It will be said to the companion of the Qur’an: Read and elevate (through the levels of the Paradise) and beautify your voice as you used to do when you were in the dunyaa! For verily, your position in the Paradise will be at the last verse you recite!”
So the recitation of the Holy Quran is really beneficial for us in so many ways.

Tajweed is a science that specializes in reading the Holy Quran and giving the letters and words its right. The Tajweed is derived from the reading of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to him: "We will also prove to you your forefathers, and we will send him to pray." Being a Muslim we should recite the holy Quran daily so that it purifies our soul. It is also obligatory upon every Muslim to not only recite but also try to understand it. It's also necessary that we should learn tajweed rules and recite Quran with proper Makharij.
