Earlier I heard from the radio about a non-muslim who spoke high about our five prayers. He said that 5 prayers based on the timings have a scientific benefit for our body which means he insists that we must pray based on that correct time itself (for eg praying Fajr salat on time). Could you brothers and sisters help me understand these benefits of the prayer to the body?
