Let' calculate what our lives are in reality:
We will make these calculations for an average life of a man taken as 60 years (just suppose)

If we spend 20 minutes on eating (Breakfast, lunch and dinner etc),
we spend 60 mintues = 1 hour in a day just eating ( Three times in day) . Which means 30 hours in a month and 360 hours in an year. For a person having 60 years life span, spends 360*60= 21600 hours Or 900 Days Or 2.5 years just on eating.
Time spent in washrooms at different occasions can be taken the same as 60 minutes per day which equals 2.5 years in 60 years.
Taking out the initial 15 year or at least 10 years from 60 years ( for one does not know anything in that age)
If a person sleeps for 8 hours daily (one third of a day as 24/8=3), means that 20 years out of 60, he or she sleeps.
Watching TV, time spent on laptops, mobile phones etc can be calculated as 60 minutes daily to make it a bit simple (everyone can calculate his own time like this) which equals to 2.5 years in 60 years.
Similarly, everyone can calculate his or her daily activities like this and then subtract from the active life like time in everyday traveling etc.
I have calculated here just for Eating, Sleeping and time spent in Washrooms, time spent with TV, Mobile phones etc plus early childhood which equals to approximately 43 years out of our 60 years.
So in 60 years, 43 years are spent meaningless or passive or we can say lifeless. For the remaining 17 years out of 60 years life, we still have countless meaningless activities, if considered and calculated as above, we remain with almost Nothing. What a pity.

    وَخُلِقَ الْإِنْسَانُ ضَعِيفًا

    For man was created weak.
