    1. A Beautiful Hadith, Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said:

    2.

    3. 'When a man dies and his relatives are busy in funeral, there stands an extremely handsome man by his head. When the dead body is shrouded, that man gets in-between the shroud and the chest of the deceased. When after the burial, the people return home, 2 angels, namely, Munkar and Nakeer(being names of two special Angels), come in the grave and try to separate this handsome man from the dead man, so that they may be able to interrogate the dead man in privacy about his faith. But the handsome man will say, 'He is my companion, he is my friend. I will not leave him alone. If you are appointed for interrogation, do your job. I cannot leave him until I get him admitted into Paradise'. Thereafter he turns to his dead companion and says, 'I am the Qur'an, which you used to read, sometimes in a loud voice and sometimes in a low voice. Do not worry. After the interrogation by Munkar and Naker, you will have no grief.' When the interrogation is over, the handsome man arranges for him from Al-Mala'ul A'laa (the Angels in Heaven), silk bedding filled with musk.

    2. Rasulullah (SAW) said: 'On the Day of Judgement, before Allah, no other Intercessor will have a greater status than the Qur'an, neither a Prophet nor an angel.'

    3. Please keep forwarding this 'Hadith' to all ....because Rasulullah (SAW) said: 'Pass on knowledge from me even if it is only one verse'. May Allah bestow this favour on all of us. AMIIN.

Re: A Beautiful Hadith, Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)

Taken from Islam qa when a questioner asked about this hadith

"As for the hadeeth which you quoted, it is not narrated in any of the reliable books of Sunnah, and we have not found it with any isnaad, saheeh (sound) or da’eef (weak). Rather it is something that appears in some chat rooms or on some sites with no proof. Perhaps some ignorant person wrote it himself then attributed it to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), to encourage the people to respect the Qur’aan and pay attention to it, but these people do not know that telling lies about the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is one of the worst of sins that doom a person to the Fire of Hell, and the good intention does not remove the burden of sin for those who tell lies and fabricate ahaadeeth as if the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said them. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Telling lies about me is not like telling lies about anyone else. Whoever tells a lie about me deliberately, let him take his place in Hell.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari (1291) and Muslim (4).

    And Allaah knows best."
