    which one is better

    Report bad ads?

    Assalamu alaikum,

I've heard many times that it's better to take 1 step at the time with deen. Now, I'm a bit fighting with a sihir and I wonder if it's better to force in sense of reciting a lot of things almost all the time, fasting, etc or to do it slowly, day by day.

The thing is that this thing is reacting on everything and I don't want it to stay any second longer in my life.

    Re: which one is better

It is interesting that for example in Malaysia they have tradition reciting Quran in halqa (ring, circle, or any other format of group recitation) against sihr and similar.
They put barrals of water in centre.
Best to have 7 reciters of al Baqarah (all recite at the same time in middle voice in their own oace). Leader of the group askes before and after dua that Allah acept our ibadah/recitation and give us shifa and barakah.
The water in the middle, the air or even water in instalation/pipes changes inshaAllah.
Some recite surah Yasin maybe 7x or Manzil etc.

You should ask your local imams what do they think.

You should not neglect "dunya": hygiene, nutrition, fitness, socialising, family, library etc.

I think that it is everything in that fight step by step (if you are not in Malaysia setting).

You should learn a new sunnah dua every day and implement it inshaAllah.

There are common words of dhikr like, Subhanallah walhamdulilllahi wa la ilaha illalahu wallahu akbar wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billahil aliyyil adheem ,
    Tasbeh Yunus as
    Hasbunallah rabbunallah
Hasbunallah wa niamal wakil niamal mawla wa niamannaseer

    MAYBE to start with 100x

There is salawat ibrahimi try as much as you can

Asma ul husna, like Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyimu (try past 300 000 imshaAllah, maybe 1-2000 daily), Ya Dhal Jalali wal ikram and every other asma ul husna.

There is dua 71:28, try reading at least 33x mornings and evenings

There is dua for noor, to be recited in sajdah (please find from hadith, google).

PLEASE find everything in Arabic with explanation, Quranic or hadith source.

Maybe to start with Momin ka hathyaar English translation

Recite what your imam guides you for ruqya

Drink pomegranate 100% 2x200 mL daily, 2x100 mL 100% apple juice with 1 tablespoon apple cider vinager.
Nigella Sativa 2x5-10 mL (some use 3 tablespoons daily).
Cook on olive oil and smear in a very tiny layer after bath all over.
Use incense (not ceremonial), like oud/aloeswood with camphor.

Talk to your family and get full medical check.

Learn asma ul husna, maybe three daily.
    https://myislam.org/99-names-of-allah/

    Learn ism adhaam from hadith.

    Re: which one is better

    PS
Do not forget sadaqah, day and night, like humanitarian phone numbers.

Some say that, if I remember well, donating some sheep meat or two cows meat as sadaqah is a sabeb for cure.

Some other said building water source, but maybe larger for more people, like well.

For mostly males, hijamah should be done, but where they know how to do it, like maybe Malaysia and Indonesia.

Eat figs, olives and drink milk and frankincense tea.

    Sanna tea is good sometimes.

Oily fish like Atlantic Mackerel (is not contaminated) is good.

If you can, buy everything organic and grassfed.

    PPS
If you are able to go to umrah, go.
Pray hours in front of Kabah, salat and duas in tahajjud time, in the time of course when you can as woman.

Please read below about amazing benefits of regular consumption of pomegranate. I would recommend 2x200 mL 100% organic juice daily.

    https://www.lifeextension.com/magazi...therosclerosis

There are many spiritual benefits inshaAllah too.
Also, eat sometimes full seeds with a little bit of inner skin.

You shall notice great changes even after a month with dietery changes inshaAllah.

    Re: which one is better

    Jazakallahu Khair brother!

No, I can't make umrah, I would make hajj one day if ever possible...

I can't even make sadaqah at the time...

But, I have strong tawakul. I'm not scared, I'm doing fine and it looks like it all works. The problem is that I put my sihir under control few years ago and now it's back or it's maybe new one. Now I want to, insha Allah get rid of it for good and to by Allah's power, decision and mercy be protected from all of it.

I'm not really living in strong Muslim community, so I have to do all of that alone. You answered my questions and definitely I'll make a lot of pressure this time.

One question brother - does sahir react to all of this? Everytime I do ruqyah on myself one person appears and does everything to stop me. Or is it that my invisible oppressor sends this person over?

Jazzakallahu Khair once again and may Allah protect you from all evil and grant you all you need and want, especially entrance to Jannah without being questioned.

I repost a part from before, as it went missing as I became full member:

Regarding to latest post of yours,

Yes, it reacts to everything inshaAllah.
As you do not have jamah and maybe live in a country where "sufis" recommend a man who gets "powers from planets and touches dog like women in public, without even mentioning Allah", then...
Please read everything as advised ASAP and as much as you can without neglecting other aspects of life and without balance.
It is best to read in middle voice.
Start from Momin ka hathyaar English.
In addition read surah Yasin 7x and Manzil 11x daily or even more.
If you can, read al Baqara daily.
Read surah al Kahf night before friDAY (from maghreb on thursday)

Nowdays a lot changes, some maybe before unorthodox recommend salawat 1000x and dhikr. Alhamdulillah.

Get more people to practice, especially family, friends, neighbors, you'll get a lot of rewards inshaAllah and a lot of dunya benefits.

I actually smiled when I discovered that behind all of my problems is the sihir. And the sihir brings waswasas, which kept telling me that I'm going through all of this is because I'm a sinner and a very bad person. Alhamdulillah for the knowledge Allah gave me and ability to logically analyze everything.

Allah is Super Merciful and Loving. He's not torturer. And this hardship has been like a real torture, followed with panic attacks every now and then, a lot of anxiety as if something horrible is going to happen to me and the feeling that I lost everything... Yet, at the same time I'd been getting gifts from Allah from many sides. Those gifts were like a sign from Him that there's something else behind the scenes.

Alhamdulillah I know how to put sihir under control and InshaAllah to get rid of it for good. So, I'm happy.

    How are you today?

Please do not overrecite or neglect balance, dunya, medical checks, fitness, nutrition, learning, work, additional jobs, investing etc.
Prepare coffee and have a tiny meal before recitation.
Try not to recite more than 3 hours for beginning.

You mentioned to me that your family is atheist. How do they allow you to read Quran out loud?
They should notice that barakah is comming, that the water changes, that birds sing nearby, mercy is felt etc.
Did you notice all of the above?

Go to a brisk walk in the nature.

Try more to get friends recite together with you and let them learn sunnah duas and dhikr.
