Bismillah Ir-Rahman, Ir-Raheem. I begin with ALLAH's auspiciousness, whose Name is the Best among all the names. All Revences, All Sanctities and All Worships are due to ALLAH alone. Ashahadu An Laa illaaha illal llahuWa Ash Hadu Anna Muhammadan Abdu Hu Wa Rasooluhu''I bear witness that there is no deity but Allahwho is without partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) is the Rasool.''"O Allah, Shower Your Peace come upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as you have brought peace to Ibrahim and his family.Truly, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. O Allah, Shower your blessing upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as you have blessed Ibrahim and his family. Truly, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious". Iam Satisfied with Allâh as My Rabb and Cherisher,Iam Satisfied With Islam as My Din(religion) and I am satisfied with Muhammad as a Rasulallah (Messenger)sallallahu alaihi was salam) I seek Protection with ALLAH! With the Glorious and Noble Face of ALLAH! With the Complete and Perfect words of ALLAH! With the Exalted Attributes of ALLAH! From the Punishment of Hell; From chastisement in the Grave; From the Trial of Life and Death; From the Mischief of the dajjal. There is no power nor strength with (anyone) save Allah. ALLAH is Good and Only accept that which is Good. ALLAH is the Truth and only accept that which True. ALLAH is Pure and only accept that which is Pure. Ya ALLAH! ALL the praises are for You,You are the Holder of the Heavens and the Earth, And whatever is in them. Ya ALLAH! All praises are for You; You are are the Substaner of the Heavens and the Earth And whatever is in them. Ya ALLAH! All the praises are for you;You have the Possession of the Heavens and the Earth and whatever is in them. Ya ALLAH! All the praises are for You; You are Light(Nur) of the Heavens and Earth And whatever is in them. Ya ALLAH! All praises are for You; You are the King of the Heavens and the Earth And whatever is in them. Ya ALLAH! All praises are for You; You are the Truth and Your Promise is the Truth, And Your word is the Truth and the Meeting with You is true, And Parardise is True And Hell is true and All the Prophets(peace be upon them) are true; And Muhammad Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi wa salam) is true,And the Day of Resurrection is True. Ya ALLAH! You have promise and Your promise is the truth,Ya ALLAH! You have promise and Your words is the truth, Ya ALLAH! You have promise and You are the Truth!.......Has not the Time arrived for the Believers that their hearts in all humility should engage in the remembrance of Allah and of the Truth which has been revealed (to them), and that they should not become like those to whom was given Revelation aforetime, but long ages passed over them and their hearts grew hard? For many among them are rebellious transgressors. He(ALLAH) starts the ayat with an address to the "believers", hinting that what is required thereafter is a consequence of that name with which they are addressed. This is similar to saying: "You whom Allah has favored and enriched with His bounties, be good to others as Allah has been good to you." And like, "Learned men, teach people what would benefit them." And, "Ruler, rule with justice."Allah describes the believers in surat Al-Mu’meneen (The Believers), verse 8 as:“Those who are faithfully true to their Amanat (all the duties which Allah has ordained, honesty, moral responsibility and trusts) and to their covenants” Four characteristics belong to a believer: when he speaks, he speaks the truth: when he is trusted, he fulfils his trust; when he makes a promise, he abides by his promise; and when he is in dispute with anyone, he does not use obscene words (but sticks to the truth).Narrated Hudhaifa: Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said to us, "Honesty descended from the Heavens and settled in the roots of the hearts of men (faithful believers), and then the Quran was revealed and the people read the Quran, (and learnt it, and learnt from it) and also learnt it from the Sunna." Both Quran and Sunna strengthened their (the faithful believer..s') honesty. -----In the event of my demise, My last request is that the Muslim Ummah stand up and call for an investigation, Not a local investigation, Not a state investigation, not a Federal investigation, but call for the International Criminal Court to Launch an investigation in to misconduct of the F.B.I. that must extend to the global. ---If i am set up and framed and murdered, there are masterminds behind it who want to see me in jail or in the grave. They are the bosses of this city, They are the bosses of this state, They are the bosses of this Nation and they stand directly and indirectly over muslim Ummah. These bosses are against Islam but they have friends in the leadership of the muslims. In this time that we are living in where the kafirs( the disbelievers) are honor and the believers are disgrace! This is that time when the most wicked of men will be (is) in the leadership over the muslim ummah. this is that evil time where the most wicked of men will appear to be the most righteous of men and the righteous will appear to be wicked. Hudhaifa bin Al-Yaman said, 'The hypocrites of today are worse than those of the lifetime of Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam), because in those days they used to do evil deeds secretly but today they do such deeds openly.' Narrated Abi Asha'sha:Hudhaifa said, 'In fact, it was hypocrisy that existed in the lifetime of Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) but today it is Kufr (disbelief) after belief.'-----Narrated Ma'qil: Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said, "If any ruler having the authority to rule Muslim subjects dies while he is deceiving them, Allah will forbid Paradise for him." From Abu Hurairah (radiyallaahu 'anhu) who said that Allaah's Rasulallah (salallaahu 'alaihi wa'sallam) said: There will come upon the people years of deceit in which the liar will be believed, the truthful disbelieved, the treacherous will be trusted and the trustworthy held to be treacherous.Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said, “When honesty is lost, then wait for the Hour.”It was asked, “How will honesty be lost, Ya Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam)?” He said, “When authority is given to those who do not deserve it, then wait for the Hour.”” [Al-Bukhari]-- Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said, "When the power or authority comes in the hands of unfit persons, then wait for the Hour (Doomsday.)"-----The trustworthy will not be trusted and the liar will be believed. People will not remain loyal even to their blood relatives.,-- So in case i am murdered and it appears to be a open and shut case,it would not be at all.such an investigation would lead to many things and many people. It would be like opening up a can of worms. But do not call for a federal investigation where a federal agency has to investigat itself this does not work.(O Muslim people !Stand up and call for the International Criminal Court to Launch an investigation into misconduct of the F.B.I. that must extend to the global!Ya ALLAH! I bag of You to Curse those black hearted wicked kafirs who are planting my Death and disgrace and they are conspiring to bring great disgrace on islam! These are the same kafirs who are responsible for the deaths of many Muslims in America, and many muslims deaths throughout the world. The first thing they do is to Target us and then work to destroy our characters with lies creating mistrust among the people, Then they work to set us up and frame us. And all the people have to do is ask one Question? What has this person done wrong? Their Answer is he is a Muslim and he wear those Islamic clothes and we think he's going to do something wrong!(PURE UNADULTERATED IGNORANCE!!! from the most ignorant of organization!) They will find any excuse to kill a muslim! The people should just say this is still America! And he has the right to wear any clothes he pleases! This may not be the America that we think it is! It is a society developing into an electronics police state Very Similarly to East Germany police state of the 1960's and 70's. And the same kind of spying that existed then exist now! But on a greater magnitude, people cannot use the restroom unless there are cameras watching what They do! This suggest that American citizens are highly vulnerable to these attacks on our rights to personal privacy. And when the question is ask why are there cameras in the restroom? Their answer is it is for security reasons! But the truth of the matter is that surveillance cameras in the restroom is an invasion of the most personal Privacy!----Mass surveillance is widely criticized as a violation of privacy rights, for limiting civil and political rights and freedoms, and for being illegal under some legal or constitutional systems. There is a fear that ever increasing mass surveillance will ultimately lead to a totalitarian state where political dissent is undermined by *COINTELPRO*-like programs. Such a state may also be referred to as a survellance state or an electronic police state. This same thing exist in the Muslim ummah! And when the question is as why are there secret Surveillance cameras in the Masjids, their answer is that it is for security reasons! And the Question is did you ask the muslims permission to have surveillance cameras installed? And why is it that these cameras are connected to These secret organizations who are against Islam! We find it rather interesting that many of these people who are over the masjids in Houston,tx and in america are Masons and Jews(The open enemies of ALLAH)(NOTE If you are a mason, a Magician, or a sorcerers among the muslims, YOU ARE A KAFIR!!!!) these are the same secret organizations who are setting muslim up and killing us in the street. For no other reason than that because we are believers in ALLAH and the last day. And we are wearing our islamic clothes, In a society of hate mongers, But they do not hate filth, wickedness or corruption. who are just like there forefathers, yesterday it was because we were dark in color, today it's because we are muslims! what is it going to be 20 years from now? We are Real muslims who know and understand what ISLAM calls for obedience to ALLAH and His Messenger Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam)!!! These kafirs in this society They are threatened with good moral principles and good behavior! If it not wicked, if it not filths, If it is not corrupted and If it not homosexual then they do not want any part of it. Their Philosphy is that they don't know Islam, and they don't want to know islam, if they can not understand the Good muslims, If they can not dominate the Good muslims, If they can not control the Good muslims. then they have to try to Destroy us.(This is the philosphy of the ignorant).................(DUA AGAINST OPPRESSION)....O ALLAH! You have promise and your promises is true!, O ALLAH! You have promises and your words is true!, O ALLAH! You have promises and you are the Truth!, O ALLAH! You have promises and you are the absolute Truth! O ALLAH you have promises that you would answer the dua ( the prayers) of the oppressed! O ALLAH! these wicked disbelieving kaffara are oppressing me and being paid to oppress me! O ALLAH! Destroy these oppressive kaffara and their Bosses! O ALLAH! These kaffara are Violating my rights as a Muslim and as a human being! Islam was revealed to protect the natural rights of all human beings, their inalienable rights to life, dignity, honor , property, and freedom. Violating these rights for any reason without a just cause is a major sin and it is a betrayal of Islam if Muslims claim such injustice is legislated by the Quran and Sunnah. One reason we should be fearful of committing oppression is that Allah will always answer the supplication of an oppressed person.Mu’adh ibn Jabal reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
    وَاتَّقِ دَعْوَةَ الْمَظْلُومِ فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ اللَّهِ حِجَابٌ
Beware of the supplication of the oppressed, for there is no veil between it and Allah.Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 4347, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi Ibn Umar reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
    اتَّقُوا دَعَوَاتِ الْمَظْلُومِ فَإِنَّهَا تَصْعَدُ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ كَأَنَّهَا شَرَارٌ
Beware of the supplication of the oppressed, for it ascends to Allah as if it were a flare. Source: al-Mustadrak ‘alá al-Ṣaḥīḥayn 81, Grade: Sahih Khuzaymah ibn Thabit reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
    اتَّقُوا دَعْوَةَ الْمَظْلُومِ فَإِنَّهَا تُحْمَلُ عَلَى الْغَمَامِ يَقُولُ اللَّهُ جَلَّ جَلالُهُ وَعِزَّتِي وَجَلالِي لأَنْصُرَنَّكَ وَلَوْ بَعْدَ حِينٍ
Beware of the supplication of the oppressed, for it is carried above the clouds. Allah Almighty says: By My might and majesty, I will help you in due time.Source: al-Mu’jam al-Kabīr 3718, Grade: Sahih Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
The supplications of three are never turned back: a fasting person until he breaks his fast, a just leader, and the supplication of the oppressed is raised above the clouds by Allah, the gates of heaven open for it and the Lord says: By My might, I will surely help you in due time. Source: Sunan al-Tirmidhī 3598, Grade: Hasan Aslam reported: Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, appointed a client of his named Hunayy to tend the pasture and he said:
    يَا هُنَيُّ ضْمُمْ جَنَاحَكَ عَنِ المُسْلِمِينَ وَاتَّقِ دَعْوَةَ المَظْلُومِ فَإِنَّ دَعْوَةَ المَظْلُومِ مُسْتَجَابَةٌ
O Hunayy, lower your wing for the Muslims and beware the supplication of the oppressed, for the supplication of the oppressed is answered.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 3059, Grade: Sahih Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, said:
    ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا تُرَدُّ دَعْوَتَهُمُ الْإِمَامُ الْعَادِلُ عَلَى رَعِيَّتِهِ وَالْوَالِدُ عَلَى وَلَدِهِ وَدَعْوَةُ الْمَظْلُومِ
Three supplications are never turned away: a just leader for his subjects, a parent over his child, and the supplication of the oppressed. Source: Musnad ibn al-Jaʻd 2401 If we commit an act of injustice against someone, that person has a free supplication they can use against us. Will they ask Allah to punish us? Will they supplicate for evil against us? When we oppress them, we are actually turning ourselves over to their mercy, and oppressed people are not often interested in compassion or forgiveness for their oppressors. On the other hand, if we ourselves are the victims of injustice, we can take comfort in the fact that we have a supplication that is guaranteed to be answered. We should use it to supplicate for goodness, rather than wasting it on vengeance. The supplication of an oppressed person is always answered even if that person is an unbeliever or a sinner. Justice and the fulfillment of human rights are to be enjoyed by all people regardless of their religion. Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
    اتَّقُوا دَعْوَةَ الْمَظْلُومِ وَإِنْ كَانَ كَافِرًا فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ دُونَهَا حِجَابٌ
Beware of the supplication of the oppressed, even if he is an unbeliever, for there is nothing to veil it. Source: Musnad Aḥmad 12549, Grade: Hasan Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
    دَعْوَةُ الْمَظْلُومِ مُسْتَجَابَةٌ وَإِنْ كَانَ فَاجِرًا فَفُجُورُهُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ
The supplication of the oppressed is answered, even if he is wicked, for only his wickedness is against himself. Source: Musnad Aḥmad 8795, Grade: Hasan A person’s religion or personal sins, then, are no excuse to unjustly harm them in any way. Islam exalts justice as a universal value through which human beings must relate to one another and forbids the oppression of all people. Allah said:
Verily, Allah orders justice, good conduct, and giving to relatives and He forbids immorality, bad conduct, and transgression. He admonishes you that perhaps you will be reminded. Surat al-Nahl 16:90 And Allah said:
O you who believe, be persistently standing firm for Allah, as witnesses in justice, and do not let the hatred of a people prevent you from being just. Be just, for that is nearer to righteousness. Fear Allah, for Allah is aware of what you do. Surat al-Ma’idah 5:8 Al-Qurtubi commented on this verse, writing:
    وَدَلَّتِ الْآيَةُ أَيْضًا عَلَى أَنَّ كُفْرَ الْكَافِرِ لَا يَمْنَعُ مِنَ الْعَدْلِ عَلَيْهِ
This verse shows that the unbelief of the unbeliever does not prevent him from enjoying justice. Source: Tafsīr al-Qurṭubī6/110 Abu Dharr reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
    قال الله تبارك وتعالى يَا عِبَادِي إِنِّي حَرَّمْتُ الظُّلْمَ عَلَى نَفْسِي وَجَعَلْتُهُ بَيْنَكُمْ مُحَرَّمًا فَلَا تَظَالَمُوا
Allah Almighty said: O My servants, I have forbidden injustice for Myself and I have forbidden it among you, so do not oppress one another. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2577, Grade: Sahih Jabir ibn Abdullah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
    اتَّقُوا الظُّلْمَ فَإِنَّ الظُّلْمَ ظُلُمَاتٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ
Beware of committing oppression, for oppression will be darkness on the Day of Resurrection. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2578, Grade: Sahih The strength of the Muslim community is in its care for the natural rights of everyone including the weak, the wicked, and the hated. Justice is the true metric by which Allah supports or rejects a community. If our community is weak, then we must critically examine our failure to fulfill justice. Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy on him, said:
It is said that Allah allows the just state to remain even if it is led by unbelievers, but Allah will not allow the oppressive state to remain even if it is led by Muslims. And it is said that the world will endure with justice and unbelief, but it will not endure with oppression and Islam. Source: al-Amr bil Ma’rūf 1/29 In sum, Allah will always answer the supplication of the oppressed even if the oppressed person is an unbeliever or sinner. Justice is a universal right for all people in Islam. People have the right to be protected in their lives, wealth, and freedom. If we fail to fulfill their rights, then we have surrendered our fate to their supplication. Success comes from Allah, and Allah knows best.
