We all do well to remember the plight of other people, less well off than we are, when we fell sorry for ourselves!
Those pictures will remain with me for a long time!
Perhaps we should all take some time to pray for those in need, and seek ways to alleviate their pain rather than focus on our own complaints in life.

my neighbors who dont work nor go to school they collect welfare and deal drugs on the side and party all (then fight and scream right out in the middle of the street)all night long and keep the whole block awake, people like this should starve and suffer

I don't think we should wish it on anybody that they should starve and suffer - not matter how undesirable their lifestyle!
