Narrated Ibn Abbas (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
On the Day of the Conquest of Makkah, Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi
Wa Sallam) said, "Allah has made this town a sanctuary. Its thorny bushes
should not be cut, its game should not be chased, and its fallen things
should not be picked up except by one who would announce it publicly."

Narrated Ibn 'Umar (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
When the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) performed the Tawaf of the
Ka'ba, he did Ramal during the first three rounds and in the last four
rounds he used to walk and while doing Tawaf between Safa and Marwa, he
used to run in the midst of the rain water passage.

The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) saw a man performing Tawaf of
the Kaba tied with a string or something else. So the Prophet (Sallallahu
'Alaihi Wa Sallam) cut that string.

Reported by ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr bin Al-’as (RA): Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, “It is one of the gravest sins to abuse one’s parents.” It was asked (by the people): “O Messenger of Allah, can a man abuse his own parents?” Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, “He abuses the father of somebody who, in return, abuses the former’s father; he then abuses the mother of somebody who, in return, abuses his mother”.

Narrated Ibn Umar (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) reached Makkah, circumambulated
the Kaba seven times and then offered a two Rakat prayer behind Maqam
Ibrahim. Then he went towards the Safa. Allah has said, "Verily, in Allah's
Apostle you have a good example."

Reported by Umaiyyah bin Makhshi (RA): Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was sitting while a man was eating food. That man did not mention the Name of Allah (before commencing to eat) till only a morsel of food was left. When he raised it to his mouth, he said: “Bismillah awwalahu wa akhirahu (With the Name of Allah, in the beginning and in the end).” Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) smiled at this and said, “Satan had been eating with him but when he mentioned the Name of Allah, Satan vomited all that was in his stomach.”

The people were ordered to perform the Tawaf of the Ka'ba (Tawaf-al-Wada')
as the lastly thing, before leaving (Makkah), except the menstruating women
who were excused.

Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "(The performance of)
'Umra is an expiation for the sins committed (between it and the previous
one). And the reward of Hajj Mabrur (the one accepted by Allah) is nothing
except Paradise."

Narrated Ata (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
I heard Ibn 'Abbas saying, "Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam)
asked an Ansari woman (Ibn 'Abbas named her but 'Ata' forgot her name),
'What prevented you from performing Hajj with us?' She replied, 'We have a
camel and the father of so-and-so and his son (i.e. her husband and her
son) rode it and left one camel for us to use for irrigation.' He said (to
her), 'Perform 'Umra when Ramadan comes, for 'Umra in Ramadan is equal to
Hajj (in reward),' or said something similar."

Reported by Abu Said Al-Khudri (peace be upon him): Allah’s Apostle (peace be upon him) said, ‘The taking of a bath on Friday is compulsory for every Muslim who has attained the age of puberty.’

The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Travelling is a kind of
torture as it prevents one from eating, drinking and sleeping properly. So,
when one's needs are fulfilled, one should return quickly to one's family."

Narrated Zaid bin Aslam (Radi-Allahu 'anhu) from his father:
I was with Ibn 'Umar on the way to Mecca, and he got the news that Safiya
bint Abu Ubaid was seriously ill. So, he hastened his pace, and when the
twilight disappeared, he dismounted and offered the Maghrib and 'Isha'
prayers together.
Then he said, "I saw that whenever the Prophet
(Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) had to hasten when traveling, he would delay
the Maghrib prayer and join them together (i.e. offer the Maghrib and the
Isha prayers together)."

The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Whoever performs Hajj to
this Ka'ba and does not approach his wife for sexual relations nor commit
sins (while performing Hajj), he will come out as sinless as a new-born
child, (just delivered by his mother)."

are harmful and could be killed in the Haram (Sanctuary). These are: the
crow, the kite, the scorpion, the mouse and the rabid dog."

Narrated 'Abdullah bin Umar (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
A person stood up and asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What clothes may be worn
in the state of Ihram?" The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) replied,
"Do not wear a shirt or trousers, or any headgear (e.g. a turban), or a
hooded cloak; but if somebody has no shoes he can wear leather stockings
provided they are cut short off the ankles, and also, do not wear anything
perfumed with Wars or saffron, and the Muhrima (a woman in the state of
Ihram) should not cover her face, or wear gloves."

Reported by Muawiyah (RA): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, “When Allah wishes good for someone, He bestows upon him the understanding of Deen.”

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
A woman from the tribe of Juhaina came to the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi
Wa Sallam) and said, "My mother had vowed to perform Hajj but she died
before performing it. May I perform Hajj on my mother's behalf?"
The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) replied, "Perform Hajj on her
behalf. Had there been a debt on your mother, would you have paid it or
not? So, pay Allah's debt as He has more right to be paid."
