    Hadeeth of the day (OP)

As salaam alekum ( Peace be upon you)

Hadeeth means the words, actions, approval or attributes that have been narrated from the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).

    Narrated Muawiya bin Suwald:

I heard Al-Bara' bin 'Azib saying, "The Prophet (S.A.W) orders us to do seven things and prohibited us from doing seven other things." Then Al-Bara' mentioned the following:--

    (1) To pay a visit to the sick (inquiring about his health),

    (2) to follow funeral processions,

    (3) to say to a sneezer, "May Allah be merciful to you" (if he says, "Praise be to Allah!"),

    (4) to return greetings,

    (5) to help the oppressed,

    (6) to accept invitations,

    (7) to help others to fulfill their oaths.

Jabir reported: I heard Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) as saying: The throne of Iblis is upon the ocean and he sends detachments (to different parts) inorder to put people to trial and the most important figure in his eyes is one who is most notorious in sowing the seed of dissension.

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah

    Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Charity is obligatory
everyday on every joint of a human being. If one helps a person in matters
concerning his riding animal by helping him to ride it or by lifting his
luggage on to it, all this will be regarded charity. A good word, and every
step one takes to offer the compulsory Congregational prayer, is regarded
as charity; and guiding somebody on the road is regarded as charity."

While I was in the company of 'Abdullah bin 'Umar on the way to Makkah, he
received the news of the severe illness of Safiya bint Abi Ubaid (i.e. his

he dismounted and offered the Maghrib and 'Isha 'prayers together and said,
"I saw the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) delaying the Maghrib

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: While the people were at Quba offering the morning prayer, suddenly a person came to them saying, "Tonight Divine Inspiration has been revealed to Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) and he has been ordered to face the Ka`ba (in prayers): therefore you people should face it." There faces were towards Sham, so they turned their faces towards the Ka`ba (at Mecca).

Nbu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) as saying: He who called (people) to righteousness, there would be reward (assured) for him like the rewards of those who adhered to it, without their rewards being diminished in any respect. And he who called (people) to error, he shall have to carry (the burden) of its sin, like those who committed it, without their sins being diminished in any respect.

Narrated Abu Huraira: Whenever a meal was brought to Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him), he would ask whether it was a gift or Sadaqa (something given in charity). If he was told that it was Sadaqa, he would tell his companions to eat it, but if it was a gift, he would hurry to share it with them.

Today’s Beautiful Hadith is about Reward
It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “The greatest reward comes with the greatest trial. When Allah loves a people He tests them. Whoever accepts that wins His pleasure but whoever is discontent with that earns His wrath.”

    Re: Hadeeth of the day

It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “The greatest reward comes with the greatest trial. When Allah loves a people He tests them. Whoever accepts that wins His pleasure but whoever is discontent with that earns His wrath.” (Sunan Ibn Majah, Vol. 5, Book 36, Hadith 106)
