Re: Hadeeth of the day
Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah
Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Anyone whom Allah has
given wealth but he does not pay its Zakat, then, on the Day of
Resurrection, his wealth will be presented to him in the shape of a
bald-headed poisonous male snake with two poisonous glands in its mouth and
it will encircle itself round his neck and bite him over his cheeks and
say, "I am your wealth; I am your treasure." Then the Prophet (Sallallahu
'Alaihi Wa Sallam) recited this Divine Verse:--
"And let not those who covetously withhold of that which Allah has bestowed
upon them of His Bounty." (3.180)

Re: Hadeeth of the day
Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “Carrying out good deeds protects one from an evil death, giving charity secretly extinguishes the Anger of Allah and joining family ties increases one’s lifespan”(Al Mu’jamul Kabir of Imam Tabarani, Hadith: 8014)

Re: Hadeeth of the day
Sayyiduna Jabir (radiyallahu ‘anhu) says, “Once Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) was asked, ‘Which type of Iman is best’? Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) replied,“Exercising patience and overlooking/pardoning”(Refer: Al Matalibul ‘Aliyah, vol. 13 pg. 167- Hadith: 3141)

Re: Hadeeth of the day
Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah
Narrated Ibn Abbas (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
Regarding the Divine Verse: "O you who believe!
You are forbidden to
inherit women against their will, and you should not treat them with
harshness that you may take back part of the (Mahr) dower you have given
them." (4.19)
(Before this revelation) if a man died, his relatives used to
have the right to inherit his wife, and one of them could marry her if he
would, or they would give her in marriage if they wished, or, if they
wished, they would not give her in marriage at all, and they would be more
entitled to dispose her, than her own relatives.
So the above Verse was
revealed in this connection.

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah
Narrated 'Aisha (Radi-Allahu 'anha):
Whoever tells that Muhammad (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) concealed part
of what was revealed to him, is a liar, for Allah says:--
"O Apostle (Muhammad)! Proclaim (the Message) which has been sent down to
you from your Lord." (5.67)

Re: Hadeeth of the day
'A'isha, may Allah be pleased with her, said, "I was on a camel which was somewhat intractable and the Prophet (peace be upon him), may Allah bless him and grant him peace, remarked, 'You must be compassionate. Whenever there is compassion in something, it adorns it, and when it is removed from something it disgraces it."

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah
Narrated Ibn Umar (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
I heard 'Umar while he was on the pulpit of the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi
Wa Sallam) saying, "Now then O people! The revelation about the prohibition
of alcoholic drinks was revealed; and alcoholic drinks are extracted from
five things: Grapes, dates, honey, wheat and barley. And the alcoholic
drink is that which confuses and stupefies the mind."

Re: Hadeeth of the day
The Prophet (pbuh) said: "No one of you will enter Paradise by his deeds alone." They asked, "Not even you, O Messenger of Allah?" He said, "Not even me, unless Allah covers me with His Grace and Mercy" (Bukhari, Riqaq, 18; Muslim, Munafiq, 71-73)

Re: Hadeeth of the day
Narrated: Abu MusaAllah's Messenger (PBUH) said: On the Day of Resurrection, my Ummah (nation) will be gathered into three groups. one sort will enter Paradise without rendering an account(of their deeds). Another sort will be reckoned an easy account and admitted into Paradise. Yet another sort will come bearing on their backs heaps of sins like great mountains. Allah will ask the angels though He knows best about them: Who are these people? They will reply: They arehumbleslaves of yours. He will say: Unload the sins from them and put the same over the Jews and Christians; then let thehumbleslaves get into Paradise by virtue of My Mercy. ( Mustadrak of Hakim).
