Narrated Muawiya bin Suwald:
I heard Al-Bara' bin 'Azib saying, "The Prophet (S.A.W) orders us to do seven things and prohibited us from doing seven other things." Then Al-Bara' mentioned the following:--
(1) To pay a visit to the sick (inquiring about his health),
(2) to follow funeral processions,
(3) to say to a sneezer, "May Allah be merciful to you" (if he says, "Praise be to Allah!"),
(4) to return greetings,
(5) to help the oppressed,
(6) to accept invitations,
(7) to help others to fulfill their oaths.

O people of the Fire, no more death! 'So the people of Paradise will have happiness added to their previous happiness, and the people of the Fire will have sorrow added to their previous sorrow."

Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn ‘Abbas (radiyallahu’anhuma) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu’alayhi wasallam) said: “Purify your bodies, Allah will purify you, for verily any person who sleeps in a condition of purity will indeed have an angel spending the night by his side and whenever he turns over at any moment during the night the angel says, ‘O Allah forgive your servant for verily he has spent the night in the state of purity.” (Al-Mu’jmaul-Awsat of Tabrani)
Sayyiduna ‘Uthman ibn Affan (radiyallahu’anhu) states that Rasulullah (sallallahu’alaihi wasallam) said,: “Whoever performs his ‘Isha Salah in congregation, it is as though he has performed salah for half the night and whoever performs the ‘Isha and Fajr in congregation, it is as though he has performed salah for the entire night.” (Sahih Muslim vol.1 pg.232 and Sunan Abi Dawud vol.1 pg.82)

Once a man came to Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) and stood in front of him. Overcome with awe and fear, he began trembling and shaking! The Prophet (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) reached out to him, and said,“Calm yourself down! For I am no king. I am but the son of a woman from the Quraysh who [out of poverty] had to eat dried meat.” (Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith: 3312, Mustadrak Hakim, vol. 3 pg. 47/48 and Zawaid Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith: 1084. Also see Mustadrak Hakim, vol. 2 pg. 466)
Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said, “Every Nabi had two ministers/advisers in the sky and two ministers/advisers on earth. Narrated Anas ibn Malik: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: A believer who recites the Qur'an is like a citron whose fragrance is sweet and whose taste is sweet, a believer who does not recite the Qur'an is like a date which has no fragrance but has sweet taste, a profligate who recites the Qur'an is like basil whose fragrance is sweet but whose taste is bitter, and the profligate who does not recite the Qur'an is like the colocynth which has a bitter taste and has not fragrance. A good companion is like a man who has musk; if nothing of it goes to you, its fragrance will (certainly) go to you; and a bad companion is like a man who has bellows; if its (black) root does not go to you, its smoke will (certainly) go to you."

whole Qur'an in one month's time." I said, "But I have power (to do more
than that)." Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Then
finish the recitation of the Qur'an in seven days, and do not finish it in
less than this period."
