    Hadeeth of the day (OP)

As salaam alekum ( Peace be upon you)

Hadeeth means the words, actions, approval or attributes that have been narrated from the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).

    Narrated Muawiya bin Suwald:

I heard Al-Bara' bin 'Azib saying, "The Prophet (S.A.W) orders us to do seven things and prohibited us from doing seven other things." Then Al-Bara' mentioned the following:--

    (1) To pay a visit to the sick (inquiring about his health),

    (2) to follow funeral processions,

    (3) to say to a sneezer, "May Allah be merciful to you" (if he says, "Praise be to Allah!"),

    (4) to return greetings,

    (5) to help the oppressed,

    (6) to accept invitations,

    (7) to help others to fulfill their oaths.

    Greetings,

We believe what our beloved Prophet
told us. Our physical body will be made according to the Will of Allah. For example:

Abu Sa'id and Abu Hurairah reported:
The Messenger of Allah () said, "When the dwellers of Jannah enter Jannah, an announcer will call: (You have a promise from Allah that) you will live therein and you will never die; you will stay healthy therein and you will never fall ill; you will stay young and you will never become old; you will be under a constant bliss and you will never feel miserable."

    - Sahih Muslim

    &

    Jabir b. Abdullah
reported that Allah's Messenger () said that the inmates of Paradise would eat therein and they would also drink, but they would neither void excrement, nor suffer catarrh, nor pass water, and their eating (would be digested) in the form of belching and their sweat would be musk and they would glorify and praise Allah as easily as you breathe.

    -
    Sahih Muslim

I hope this helps you understand the Islamic perspective of this issue.

It has been reported that a man was brought before Abdullah bin Mas'ud (May Allah be pleased with him) because his beard was giving out smell of wine. Ibn Mas'ud said: "We have been prohibited from spying (on Muslims) and finding faults (with them). But we can take to task only and only if the sin is overt.”

Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) once came out to us and said, ‘Glad tidings, do you not testify that there is none worthy of worship but Allah and I am the Messenger of Allah’? The Sahabah replied, ‘Most definitely’. Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) then said, ‘Indeed this Quran is [a means of attaining something], one end is in Allah’s control and one end in your control, so hold fast onto the Quran, for [if you do so] you will never go astray nor will you be destroyed”(Sahih Ibn Hibban, Al Ihsan, Hadith: 122, Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, Hadith: 30628, and Al Mu’jamul Kabir, Hadith: 491, volume: 22)

Zubayr ibn ‘Adiy (rahimahullah) complained to Sayyiduna Anas ibn Malik (radiyallahu ‘anhu) regarding the oppression of Hajjaj ibn Yusuf. Sayyiduna Anas ibn Malik (radiyallahu ‘anhu) said, ‘Be patient, for no time [year] will come but that the time [year] after it will be worse than it until you meet your Rabb [i.e. until you pass away]. I heard this from your Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam)....(Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 7068. Also see Fathul Bari)

Sayyiduna Anas ibn Malik (radiyallahu ’anhu) reports that it was the noble practice of our beloved Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam) after every Fard Salah to place his right hand on his forehead (and in some narrations: on his head) and recite the following supplication: Bismillahillazhy la ilaha illa huwa-Rahmanu-Rahim. Allahumma Azh-hib ‘annil-hamma wal-huzn.(Translation:In the name of Allah, besides whom there is none worthy of worship, The most Gracious, The most Merciful.O Allah! Remove from me worry and depression)....... Sayyiduna Anas ibn Malik (radiyallahu’anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu’alaihi wasallam) used to recite the following supplication in abundance: ‘Ya Muqallibal qulub, thabbit qalbi ‘ala deenik.’(Sunan Tirmidhi, hadith: 2140)
