Abu Huraira (RA) reported: I heard Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) as saying:
There is no divination but the best type is the good omen. It was said to Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him): What is good omen? Thereupon he said: A good word which one of you hears.

Abdullah bin Khabeeb ra said:
“we got out once on a rainy night and it was very dark and we looked for the prophet (s.a.w.) to pray for us and then we found him and he said ‘Did you pray?’ and I didn’t say anything. Then he said, ‘Say’ but I didn’t say anything. Then he said, ‘Say’ but again I didn’t say anything. Then he said, ‘Say’ So, I said, ‘What should I say?’ He said, ‘Qul Hoo wAllahu Ahad and Muwaidaitain when you enter the evening and when you wake up in the morning three times and it will protect you from everything’”

The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said:
منهومان لا يشبعان طالب العلم وطالب الدنيا
"There are two strong likings that can never be satisfied: Seeking after knowledge, and seeking after this World."
[Recorded by al-Bazzaar and others. According to Shaykh al-Albaani رحمه الله, it is saheeh. Cf. Saheeh al-Jaami', vol. 2, p. 1125]

Anas رضي الله عنه said that the Messenger of Allaah صلى الله عليه وسلم said to a man,
«أَسْلِم» قَالَ: إِنِّي أَجِدُنِي كَارِهًا قَالَ: «وَإِنْ كُنْتَ كَارِهًا»
'Embrace Islaam.' The man said, 'I dislike it.' The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, 'Even if you dislike it.'

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah
Narrated Anas bin Malik (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Allah has appointed an
angel in the womb, and the angel says, 'O Lord! A drop of discharge (i.e.
of semen), O Lord! a clot, O Lord! a piece of flesh.' And then, if Allah
wishes to complete the child's creation, the angel will say. 'O Lord! A
male or a female? O Lord! wretched or blessed (in religion)? What will his
livelihood be? What will his age be?' The angel writes all this while the
child is in the womb of its mother."

Hazrat Mu’aawiyah (radhiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that he heard Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) saying:
O people! Ilm (the knowledge of Deen) is only that which is acquired through ta’allum (studying under the guidance of the rightly guided Ulama) and Fiqh (the true understanding of Deen) is only that which is acquired through tafaqquh (studying under the guidance of a person who is blessed with Fiqh). Whoever AllahTa‘alawishes good for, He blesses him with the true understanding of Deen, and indeed only those of His servant truly fear Allah Ta‘ala, who possess (the) knowledge (of Deen).

It was narrated that Al-Qasim bin Muhammad (RA) said: "I heard my paternal aunt say: 'The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said; "Whoever among you is appointed to a position of authority. If Allah wills good for him. He will give him a righteous minister who will remind him if he forgets and help him if he remembers.

Abu Dharr (RA) is reported as saying, "Your putting some of the water from your bucket in your brother's bucket is sadaqa. Your removing stones, thorns and bones from people's path is sadaqa. Your guiding a man in a place where there are no guides is sadaqa."

Narrated Abu Huraira (May Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Allah likes sneezing and dislikes yawning, so if someone sneezes and then praises Allah, then it is obligatory on every Muslim who heard him, to say: May Allah be merciful to you (Yar-hamuka-l-lah). But as regards yawning, it is from Satan, so one must try one's best to stop it, if one says 'Ha' when yawning, Satan will laugh at him.”
حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْعُطَاسَ، وَيَكْرَهُ التَّثَاؤُبَ، فَإِذَا عَطَسَ فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ، فَحَقٌّ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ سَمِعَهُ أَنْ يُشَمِّتَهُ، وَأَمَّا التَّثَاوُبُ فَإِنَّمَا هُوَ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ، فَلْيَرُدَّهُ مَا اسْتَطَاعَ، فَإِذَا قَالَ هَا. ضَحِكَ مِنْهُ الشَّيْطَانُ ".

Hazrat Abu Hurayrah (Radhiyallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said:
“The two people transacting should not separate (from any transaction) except a transaction concluded with mutual consent.”

‘Abdullah bin ‘Abbaas (radhiyallahu ‘anhuma) narrates that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) said, “Indeed (among) the most beloved of actions to Allah Ta‘ala after fulfilling the faraaidh (obligatory acts of Deen) is bringing happiness to a Muslim.”

Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Two persons came to
me at night (in dream) (and took me along with them). We passed by a tall
man who was so tall that I was not able to see his head and that person was
Ibrahim ('Alaihis-Salam)."

stealing, asked him, 'Did you steal?', He said, 'No, by Allah, except Whom
there is None who has the right to be worshipped.' Jesus ('Alaihis-Salam)
said, 'I believe in Allah and suspect my eyes.' "

عن ابن عمر رضى الله عنهما قال كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: من توضأ على طهر كتب الله له عشر حسنات.

Hazrat Abdullah ibn Umar (Radhiyallahu Anhuma) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “The one who performs (a fresh) wudhu upon wudhu (i.e. while being in the state of wudhu), Allah Ta’ala writes for him ten good deeds.”
Note: Performing a fresh wudhu upon wudhu will be permissible provided that one had performed salaah with the previous wudhu or one had carried out an ibaadat which wudhu is required for it (e.g. sajdah tilaawat).
