    Hadeeth of the day (OP)

As salaam alekum ( Peace be upon you)

Hadeeth means the words, actions, approval or attributes that have been narrated from the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).

    Narrated Muawiya bin Suwald:

I heard Al-Bara' bin 'Azib saying, "The Prophet (S.A.W) orders us to do seven things and prohibited us from doing seven other things." Then Al-Bara' mentioned the following:--

    (1) To pay a visit to the sick (inquiring about his health),

    (2) to follow funeral processions,

    (3) to say to a sneezer, "May Allah be merciful to you" (if he says, "Praise be to Allah!"),

    (4) to return greetings,

    (5) to help the oppressed,

    (6) to accept invitations,

    (7) to help others to fulfill their oaths.

Narrated Ibn `Umar (May Allah be pleased with him): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, “A believer eats in one intestine (is satisfied with a little food), and a kafir (unbeliever) or a hypocrite eats in seven intestines (eats too much).”

    Narrated/Authority of Abu Huraira

that Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "When the imam says ,you say (Our Lord: And all praise belongs to You). So if anyone's saying synchronises with the saying of the angels then all his previous sins are forgiven." [Ahmed 9930, Abu Dawud 848, Bukhari 796, Muslim 409]

    Re: Hadeeth of the day

Saeed Ibn Jubayr narrated: "When surah tabbat yada (111) was revealed, the wife of Abu Lahab came looking for the Prophet while Abu Bakr was sitting with him. Abu Bakr said to the prophet: "I wish that you get aside, as she is coming towards us, she may cause you harm". The prophet said: "There will be a screen between me and her". So she did not see him. She said to Abu Bakr,: "Your companion is saying poetry against me". Abu Bakr said: "By Allah,he does not say poetry". She said: "Do you believe that?" and then left. Abu Bakr then said:" Oh Allah's messenger, she did not see you". The prophet said: " There was an angel screening me from her". (Musnad Abu Yala).

    Re: Hadeeth of the day

Narrated Anas (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "(The people will be thrown into Hell ( Fire) and it will keep on saying, 'Is there any more?' till the Lord of the worlds puts His Foot over it, whereupon its different sides will come close to each other, and it will say, 'Qad! Qad! (enough! enough!) By Your 'Izzat (Honor and Power) and Your Karam (Generosity)!' Paradise will remain spacious enough to accommodate more people until Allah will create some more people and let them dwell in the superfluous space of Paradise."

    (Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 9, Book 97, Hadith 14)
