Hadeeth means the words, actions, approval or attributes that have been narrated from the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).
Narrated Muawiya bin Suwald:
I heard Al-Bara' bin 'Azib saying, "The Prophet (S.A.W) orders us to do seven things and prohibited us from doing seven other things." Then Al-Bara' mentioned the following:--
(1) To pay a visit to the sick (inquiring about his health),
(2) to follow funeral processions,
(3) to say to a sneezer, "May Allah be merciful to you" (if he says, "Praise be to Allah!"),
(4) to return greetings,
(5) to help the oppressed,
(6) to accept invitations,
(7) to help others to fulfill their oaths.

Reason: to add a deinition
Narrated Sumara (RA): Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said: “Whoever performs ablution on Friday has done a good thing and he who takes bath, taking bath is better (for him).” [Reported by Al-Khamsa and At-Tirmidhi graded it Hasan (fair).]
lt was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (RA) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever makes a vow and does not state it specifically, the expiation (for such a vow) is the expiation for breaking an oath. Whoever makes a vow and is not able to fulfil it, the expiation for that is the expiation for breaking an oath. Whoever makes a vow and is able to fulfil it, let him do so."
Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that a man came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: "I had a dream of a cloud with shade dripping butter and honey. I saw the people scooping it up with their hands, some taking much and some taking little. I saw a rope extending from the sky to the earth. Then I saw you O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)! You took hold of it and went up, then a man took hold of it after you do so, then a man took hold of it after him to do so. Then a man took hold of it and it was severed, and then connected for him, and he did so (ie went up)."
Abu Bakr (RA) said: "May my father and mother be ransomed for you O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)! Allow me to interpret it." He said: "Interpret it." so he said: "As for the cloud with its shade, it is Islam. As for what the butter and honey that dropped from it, this is the Quran and its delicateness and sweetness. It means some of them gathered much of the Quran and some of them a little. As for the rope extending from the sky to the earth, it is the truth which you are upon, you clung to it and Allah exalted you. Then another man will take hold of it after you and ascend on it, then after him, another man will take hold of it and ascend on it. Then another [man] will take hold of it but it will break, then be connected so he will ascend on it. Inform me O Messenger of Allah! Am I correct or am I mistaken?"
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "You are correct in some of it and mistaken in some of it." He (i.e., Abu Bakr RA) said: "I swear to you by my father and my mother O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)! Inform me in what I was mistaken?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Do not swear."
Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Indeed the first of what will be asked about on the Day of Judgement – meaning the slave (of Allah) being questioned about the favors – is that it will be said to him: ‘Did We not make your body, health, and give you of cool water to drink?’”
Abu Huraira (RA) reported God’s Messenger (ﷺ) as saying, “If anyone invokes a blessing on me at my grave I shall hear him, and if anyone invokes a blessing on me at a distance I shall have it conveyed to me.”
Abu Huraira (RA) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: He who called (people) to righteousness, there would be reward (assured) for him like the rewards of those who adhered to it, without their rewards being diminished in any respect. And he who called (people) to error, he shall have to carry (the burden) of its sin, like those who committed it, without their sins being diminished in any respect.
Abu ad-Darda’ (RA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Men accustomed to cursing will not be intercessors or witnesses on the Day of Resurrection.” Related by Muslims.
Ibn Abbas (RA) narrated: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) traveled on a journey and he prayed two Rak'ah for nineteen days." Ibn Abbas (RA) said: "So when we would stay somewhere for nineteen (days) we would pray two Rak'ah , and if we stayed longer than that we would complete the Salat."
Narrated Abu Bakr (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Shall I inform you of the biggest of the great sins?" They said, "Yes, O Allah's Apostle (ﷺ)!" He said, "To join partners in worship with Allah, and to be undutiful to one's parents."
Miqdam bin Madikarib (RA) said: “I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: ‘A human being fills no worse vessel than his stomach. It is sufficient for a human being to eat a few mouthfuls to keep his spine straight. But if he must (fill it), then one-third of food, one third for drink, and one third for air.’”
Abdullah ibn az-Zubayr (RA) said on the minbar, "Make allowances for people and command what is right and turn away from the ignorant." (7:199) He said, "By Allah, we are only commanded by this ayat to accept people's character. By Allah, I will accept people's character as long as I am with them."
Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Two phrases which are dear to the Compassionate One and are light on the tongue but heavy in the scale are: “How perfect Allah is and I praise Him; and How perfect Allah is the Greatest.” Agreed upon.
Narrated Ibn Jarir bin 'Abdullah (RA): from his father that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever starts a good tradition which is followed, then for him is a reward, and the likes of their rewards of whoever follows him, there being nothing diminished from their rewards. And whoever starts a bad tradition which is followed, then for him is the sin, and the likes of the sins of whoever follows him, there being nothing diminished from their sins."

Narrated Um Salama (RA): One night the Prophet (ﷺ) got up and said, "Subhan Allah! How many afflictions Allah has revealed tonight and how many treasures have been sent down (disclosed). Go and wake the sleeping lady occupants of these dwellings up (for prayers), perhaps a well dressed in this world may be naked in the Hereafter."
Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "When the believers pass safely over (the bridge across) Hell, they will be stopped at a bridge in between Hell and Paradise where they will retaliate upon each other for the injustices done among them in the world, and when they get purified of all their sins, they will be admitted into Paradise. By Him in Whose Hands the life of Muhammad (ﷺ) is everybody will recognize his dwelling in Paradise better than he recognizes his dwelling in this world."
