Hadeeth means the words, actions, approval or attributes that have been narrated from the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).
Narrated Muawiya bin Suwald:
I heard Al-Bara' bin 'Azib saying, "The Prophet (S.A.W) orders us to do seven things and prohibited us from doing seven other things." Then Al-Bara' mentioned the following:--
(1) To pay a visit to the sick (inquiring about his health),
(2) to follow funeral processions,
(3) to say to a sneezer, "May Allah be merciful to you" (if he says, "Praise be to Allah!"),
(4) to return greetings,
(5) to help the oppressed,
(6) to accept invitations,
(7) to help others to fulfill their oaths.

It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin Abi Qatadah (RA), from his father that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "I stand in prayer, then I hear a child crying, so I make my prayer brief, because I do not want to cause hardship for his mother."
وعن أنس رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم قال الدال على الخير كفاعله والله يحب إغاثة اللهفان رواه البزار من رواية زياد بن عبد الله النميري وقد وثق وله شواهد )الترغيب والترهيب 1/162(
Hazrat Anas (Radhiyallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “The one who shows a person the way to acquire good, he will receive the reward (of the good) just as the one who carries out the good receives reward. And Allah Ta’ala loves the one who assists people who are in hardship and difficulty.”

Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Five kinds of animals
are harmful and could be killed in the Haram (Sanctuary). These are: the
crow, the kite, the scorpion, the mouse and the rabid dog."

It was narrated that 'Aishah (RA) said: "The first time the Salah was enjoined it was two Rak'ahs, and it remained as such when traveling, but the Salah while resident was made complete."
وعن ابن عمر عن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم قال من تعلم علما لغير الله أو أراد به غير الله فليتبوأ مقعده من النار رواه الترمذي وابن ماجه كلاهما عن خالد بن دريك عن ابن عمر ولم يسمع منه ورجال إسنادهما ثقات )الترغيب والترهيب 1/155(
Hazrat ibn Umar (Radhiyallahu Anhuma) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “The one who acquires the knowledge of Deen for any motive besides the pleasure of Allah Ta’ala (i.e. for any worldly motive), he should prepare his abode in the fire of Jahannum.”
Narrated Ibn 'Umar (RA): that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Islam is based upon five: the testimony of La Ilaha Illallah, and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, the establishment of the Salat, giving the Zakat, fasting (the month of) Ramadan, and performing Hajj to the House."

Narrated 'Abdullah bin Umar (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
A person stood up and asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What clothes may be worn
in the state of Ihram?"
The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) replied,
"Do not wear a shirt or trousers, or any headgear (e.g. a turban), or a
hooded cloak; but if somebody has no shoes he can wear leather stockings
provided they are cut short off the ankles, and also, do not wear anything
perfumed with Wars or saffron, and the Muhrima (a woman in the state of
Ihram) should not cover her face, or wear gloves."

Hadhrat Abdullah ibn Abbaas (Radhiyallahu Anhuma) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “Barakah (blessings) lies with your elders.”
وعن ابن عباس قال قيل يا رسول الله أي جلسائنا خير قال من ذكركم الله رؤيته وزاد في علمكم منطقه وذكركم بالآخرة عمله رواه أبو يعلى ورواته رواة الصحيح إلا مبارك بن حسان )الترغيب والترهيب 1/147(
Hadhrat Abdullah bin Abbaas (Radhiyallahu Anhuma) reports that on one occasion Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) was asked: “Which person is the best to be taken as an associate (and friend)?” Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) replied: “The one who, whenever you see him, you are reminded of Allah Ta’ala; the one who, when he speaks, his speech causes your knowledge and understanding of Deen to increase; and the one whose actions creates the awareness and reminds you of the Aakhirat.”
عن أنس بن مالك قال لي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يا بني إن قدرت أن تصبح وتمسي وليس في قلبك غش لأحد فافعل ثم قال لي يا بني وذلك من سنتي ومن أحيا سنتي فقد أحبني ومن أحبني كان معي في الجنة )سنن الترمذي #2678(
Hazrat Anas (radhiyallahu ‘anhu) reports, “Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) said to me, ‘O my beloved son! If you are able to spend the morning and evening in the condition that there is no ill feeling (and malice) in your heart for any person, then do so.’ Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) thereafter said to me, ‘O my beloved son! That (i.e. not harboring ill feelings and malice for people) is my sunnah (my blessed way), and the one who revives my sunnah has love for me, and the one who has love for me will be with me in Jannah.’”
It was narrated that 'Aishah (RA) said: "The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to say: 'Allahummaghsil khatayaya bi-ma'ith-thalj wal-barad was naqqi qalbi min al-khataya kama naqayta ath-thawb al-abyad min ad-danas (O Allah, wash away my sins with the water of snow and hail, and cleanse my heart of snow and hail, and cleanse my heart of sin as a white garment is cleansed of filth).'"
عن عائشة، قالت: خمس لم يكن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يدعهن في حضر ولا سفر: المرآة، والمكحلة، والمشط، والمدرى، والسواك
Sayyidah ‘Aaishah (radiyallahu ‘anha) says, ‘Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) never left five things, whether he was on travel or at home; a mirror, antimony [kuhl], a comb, a stick/metal comb [used for scratching] and a miswak.
Abu Malik at-Ash'ari (RA) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Cleanliness is half of faith and al-Hamdu Liliah (Praise be to Allah) fills the scale, and Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah) and al-Hamdu Liliah (Praise be to Allah) fill up what is between the heavens and the earth, and prayer is a light, and charity is proof (of one's faith) and endurance is a brightness and the Holy Qur'an is a proof on your behalf or against you. All men go out early in the morning and sell themselves, thereby setting themselves free or destroying themselves.
Sayyidatuna ‘Aishah (radiyallahu’anha) reported that Nabi (sallallahu’alayhi wasallam) mentioned:
When the woman precedes the man in climax, the child resembles his maternal family. When the man precedes the woman, the child resembles his paternal side.

Sayyiduna Thawban (radiyallahu’anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu’alayhi wasallam) said -as part of a lengthy Hadith-
When the man and woman copulate, and the man’s semen dominates [is more than] the semen of the woman, the child is born a male, with Allah’s command. When the woman’s semen dominates the man’s, then the child is born a female, by the command of Allah.
Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) once said to the Sahaba (R.A.) when they had buried a person: "Seek forgiveness for your brother and beseech Allah Ta'ala to keep him firm for verily he will be questioned now"
It was narrated that Anas bin Malik (RA) said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) saw some sputum in the Qiblah of the Masjid, and he became so angry that his face turned red. Then a woman from the Ansar went and scratched off, and put some perfume in its place. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'How good this is.'"
