    Ramadhan Kareem!!!

We are now in Ramadhan, and recently, I think not only recently but since long ago, many people are trying to disprove Islam and insulting our prophet (pbuh) in the name of world peace. I had read many of their comments which are bias and full of prejudice but they said that Muslims are those bias, full of prejudice, and intolerant to others and trying hard to blacken the prophet (pbuh) . Even to the extent they said that our beloved prophet (pbuh) is a pedophile.

I need some help from brothers and sisters to confirm about these Hadiths. Where is the source of the Hadiths came from, who are the narrators? What are their validity? Any explanation about them?

***************** is a hate site because the Muslims said so? That site is attempting hard to disclose the truth within the Islamic teachings utilizing the earliest sources of Islam which comprise Quran, Hadith, Siraa and Islamic literatures. How in the world that you categorised that as hate site with agenda or propaganda? It's clearly obvious as clear as the sun that the charge of paedophilia was not unfounded. Technically, the founder of Islam married to the child bride Aisha as 6 year old and consummated the marriage when she was 9. This is not western or orientalist's inventions but it's there in hadith. Here you go:

    1. 'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported: Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) married me when I was six years old, and I was admitted to his house when I was nine years old. Muslim 8. 3310

    2. Narrated 'Aisha:that the Prophet married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old, and then she remained with him for nine years (i.e., till his death). Bukhari 7. 62. 64

As for the charges of rape, let us analyze this hadith:

    3. Ibn Aun has narrated: I wrote a letter to Nafi and Nafi wrote in reply to my letter that the Prophet had suddenly attacked Bani Mustaliq without warning while they were heedless and their cattle were being watered at the places of water. Their fighting men were killed and their women and children were taken as captives; the Prophet got Juwairiya on that day. Nafi said that Ibn 'Umar had told him the above narration and that Ibn 'Umar was in that army. Bukhari 3.46.717 (see also Muslim 019. 4292)

    3. Abu Sa'id al-Khudri said:
The Apostle of Allah sent a military expedition to Awtas on the occasion of the battle of Hunain. They met their enemy and fought with them. They defeated them and took them captives. Some of the Companions of the Apostle of Allah were reluctant to have intercourse with the female captives in the presence of their husbands who were unbelievers. So Allah, the Exalted, send down the Qur'anic verse: "And all married womenare forbidden unto you save those whom your right hand possess."[Surah 4:24] [Sunan Abu Dawud, Book V, Chapter 711, Number 2150]

There are many other hadith that indeed displayed the real character of Islam's founder though many Muslims are ignorant of it. A rape is still a rape no matter who did it and "Prophet" was also not exempted from being assessed with the gauge of humanity and morality.
Thanks in advance... I can't trust the websites anymore, sometimes they are deceiving made by anti-Islam people who read several books and claim this is false, that is false, you love your prophet and being ignorant while I took 24 years gradually learning and gaining knowledge about my own religion in many terms and that doesn't mean that I can cover all of the things.

Re: Help me with these hadiths, thank you!

    Assalamualaikum,
Firstly, brother don't argue with non-muslims while you have not acquired sufficient knowledge because all they want is that you should be in Hell with them. Allah informs us of this:
3:69. It is the wish of a section of the People of the Book to lead you astray. But they shall lead astray (Not you), but themselves, and they do not perceive!

So beware of this. I know of a person who was Hindu and in the company of some pious brothers he accepted Islam. However, without having learnt enough about Islam, he began arguing with non-muslims, which led to doubts in his mind. The last I heard about him was that he reverted to Kufr. If only he knew what Allah has promised him if he dies in this state:
3:106. On the Day when some faces will be (lit up with) white, and some faces will be (in the gloom of) black: To those whose faces will be black, (will be said): "Did ye reject Faith after accepting it? Taste then the penalty for rejecting Faith."

So brother please be careful. Your Islam will determine whether, after your death, you will be blessed with Jannah for ever and ever. Or whether you will be thrown into the Fire for ever and ever.

In order to gain Eeman and knowledge, the best way is to read the Quran and ponder over it. Start learning Arabic as it is the key to a totally different understanding to the Quran. Trust me your life will change once you can understand Allah's own words, and not the words of the translator who is only human. May Allah make it easy for you.

Coming to the question you posed, what is related in the Ahadith is true. What effect does this have on you? If it reduces your Eeman in any way, stop arguing with non-muslims immediately and start reading the Quran and pondering over it. Once you really get what is so special about the Quran, inshallah the non-muslims' attacks against Allah an His Rasul(s.a.w.) will not shake your Eeman.

About the matter you posed, you can read some details here: http://islam-qa.com/en/ref/1493/aisha

I advise you not to visit those websites that revile Rasulullah(s.a.w.), in fact it is prohibitted as Allah has commanded us:
6:68 68. When you see people engaged in vain discourse about Our signs, turn away from them unless they turn to a different theme. If Satan ever makes you forget, then after you remember, do not sit in the company of those who do wrong.

Brother, our job is to only obey Allah and His Rasul(s.a.w.) and not to base our own intellect or thoughts or cultures to judge them, indeed that doesn't make sense!
2:108. Would you question your Messenger as Moses was questioned of old? but whoever changes from Faith to Unbelief, Has strayed without doubt from the even way.

May Allah forgive us and keep us firm on Islam
    Wassalam

Re: Help me with these hadiths, thank you!

Thank you for your answers brothers, I really appreciate those kind answers. I will neatly read the details you have provided me beside furthering my studies more in Hadiths and Quranic studies. Those deceivers are just talking craps but they never receive any guidance from Allah SWT. Their heart will always be sealed because they themselves reject, I hope they don't regret it when they meet Him.

I would never renounce my faith toward Allah SWT and prophet Muhammad saw even if they behead me, bombarding me, poisoning me, or anything Insya-Allah. I love prophet Muhammad saw and all of his companions and I love Allah SWT the most. I love all of the people who love prophet Muhammad saw beside all of the prophets and that is the reason I ask the questions concerning hadiths. I'm afraid anti-Hadiths or Liberal Muslims will be influenced by the filthy tactics and fall prey to those ungrateful slave of Allah.

It's not for me that I'm asking the questions because I don't usually like to argue with others'. It's not also a Muslim attitude anyway but more to pagan Greeks attitude who loves to argue and later being deceived by satan.

Due to my close contacts with Buddhists (I lived near Thai border and I have to fight hard to protect my faith toward Allah because we are the minority among majority Buddhists), I know a lot about Buddhism and Hinduism but i never once insult their teachers. The hadiths had been used by those to oppose Muslims and sometimes they just provided half of the hadiths or quranic verses. I also had checked about the person who made the website ***************** who is a Greek and if I'm not mistaken a Kafeer engineer. What made them eligible to talk about others' faith in that sort of way ?
