    Hadith On Brotherhood.

    Report bad ads?

    Assalam alaykum,
    It is narrated in the Saheehayn that Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace said:--

    ''BEWARE OF SUSPICION, FOR SUSPICION IS THE FALSEST OF SPEECH. DO NOT EAVESDROP, DO NOT SPY ON
    ONE ANOTHER, DO NOT ENVY ONE ANOTHER, DO NOT FORSAKE ONE ANOTHER, DO NOT HATE ONE ANOTHER.
    BE O SLAVES OF ALLAH, BROTHERS''.
    (Bukhari 5144/Muslim 2563).

    We should, therefore, NOTE this and see to the keeping of durable/friendly brotherhood accordingly.
    Best Wishes.

    Bukhari :: Book 8 :: Volume 73 :: Hadith 90
    Narrated Abu Huraira:
    The Prophet said, "Beware of suspicion, for suspicion is the worst of false tales; and do not look for the others' faults and do not spy, and do not be jealous of one another, and do not desert (cut your relation with) one another, and do not hate one another; and O Allah's worshipers! Be brothers (as Allah has ordered you!")

    Re: Hadith On Brotherhood.

    Some other related hadiths I want to share:

    Bukhari :: Book 8 :: Volume 73 :: Hadith 91

    Narrated Anas bin Malik:

    Allah's Apostle said, "Do not hate one another, and do not be jealous of one another, and do not desert each other, and O, Allah's worshipers! Be brothers. Lo! It is not permissible for any Muslim to desert (not talk to) his brother (Muslim) for more than three days."

    Muslim :: Book 1 : Hadith 64

    'Abdullah b. Amr b. al-As is reported to have said: Verily a person asked the Messenger of Allah (may peace and blessings be upon him) who amongst the Muslims was better. Upon this (the Holy Prophet) remarked: From whose hand and tongue the Muslims are safe.

    Muslim :: Book 1 : Hadith 63

    It is narrated on the authority of 'Abdullah b. 'Amr that a man asked the Messenger of Allah (may peace and blessings be upon him) which of the merits (is superior) in Islam. He (the Holy Prophet) remarked: That you provide food and extend greetings to one whom you know or do not know.

    Muslim :: Book 1 : Hadith 65
    It is narrated on the authority of Jabir that he heard the (Holy Prophet) say: A Muslim is he from whose hand and tongue the Muslim's are safe.
