Me everyday [emoji20]
Like the day I was eating Magnum and my friend came and said 'I found out it's haraam!' :o She always reads those dubious lists circulating the net. :D

What's worse is when you have eaten a good portion of it and you found out its haraam :skeleton: only happened twice in my life but that feeling is horrible!
Lol, I don't trust my friend's lists as she's scared the daylights out of me before concerning food. I did my own research and found mixed results. I mean in the UK you can look out for the vegetarian sign and make sure there's no alcohol and it should be okay inshaAllah - also anything like shellac or insect ingredients. Otherwise should be fine - checked the ingredients on my chocolate magnum and it looked good. :D
Haha, yea i had one of those sykopaths throw away my milkyway yogurts, i was so deppressed it was gonna be my breakfast LOL... the smaller tubs didnt have gelatine and were vegetarian but the bigger tubs wernt !!!!
I gave her a good scolding to trust i check labels, i literally take ages in the shops reading the labels LOOOOL
And most chocolate dessertd or puddings have beef/pork gelatine [emoji40] (pls dont ask me why meat is in dessert i couldnt tell you except people are weird lol)
What is shellac (honestly pls i dont need a heart attack lol, I just make sure no alcohol and no animal fats)
I have no idea why people put animal products into desserts - sometimes you'll find gelatine in the strangest of places.
Shellac is the resin from the female lac bug - it isn't halal and sometimes is used to coat candies. All you do is read through the ingredients to make sure there's no shellac.
Yep, I'm a chronic label-reader myself ;) I think I must get weird looks in the shops as I stand there muttering to myself reading the small print.
