"Man is created from gushing water (which) comes out from between the backbone and the ribs"
In every explanation given on the internet about this verse has to do with sperm somehow but to me it is clear that "gushing water" is blood (from woman) rather than sperm. Because the baby receives nutrient from its mother through blood. And this nutrient is what gives organic mass and therefore creates human. Is this something that nobody (in the world) has noticed or am I wrong somehow? Everywhere I look on the internet I see people jumping through hoops to explain something very simple........Any thoughts?
It appears as if the ejection of sperm from the male, and the ejection of the baby from the female are mentioned in two separate verses. (Though sometimes separate verses must be understood in conjuction, and single verses sometimes must be understood as different topics).
Seeing that every single other verse describing the creation of al-insaan from "despised water" "droplet" refers to sperm - and that the baby is ejected from between the backbone and ribs of the mother. )
The verb "yakhruju" appears to be in question - here's a possible interpretation:
Then let al-insaan see from what he was created,
(he) was created from fluid gushing forth,
(he) comes out from between the backbone and the ribs.
Thank you but I still don't understand why blood (the most simple and logical conclusion) is not even one of the options while other conclusions are over-complicated and favored. It is like nobody has given it really much thought and everyone is just copy/paste from "scholars"
