The sister says that she speaks Farsi, and only a little bit of Arabic and English. I was under the impression that she was fluent in Arabic, that is why I wrote the messages in Arabic. But, seeing as the sister's language is Farsi, we will keep it in English so that everyone can understand.
I have a question, sister:
What is your opinion of Khomeini? Do you accept him? Do you accept what he says, when it comes to matters of religion?

Yes, brother, I know the thread is about bread, and it can continue to be about bread and even rice as well, no problem. I'm just asking a few questions. We want to help the sister. In a previous post, I mentioned some of the beliefs of the Shi`as, and the sister denied believing in them. So, what we want to do now is to ascertain whether she accepts Khomeini or not. If she doesn't, then we say, she is not from the Shi`a, even though she may think that she is, and this is because she does not hold the fundamental beliefs of Shi'ism and nor does she accept the A'immah of the Shi`as. If she accepts Khomeini, on the other hand, then that is a different story.
I know the thread is about bread, but one non-bread related issue can also be mentioned. There's no harm in that. There have been three pages so far about bread.

We should not out of topic. If you want to expand discussion into another topic you can go to related thread or create a new thread.
Actually bread is sanctified in most of the Middle eastern cultures. So it is in Turkish culture. Bread is even associated with Quran in some turkish proverbs and sayings. I don't know if this has any basis in Islam. Bread has a place in Christianity and it's rituals too..Interesting topic..
The Middle East area was the one where people invented new idea, agriculture. Propably people had also before collected some seeds, grinded them and baked some kind of breads but it was only minimum part of their diet. But settling down and began to cultivate the land cave people suitable conditions to create what we call as culture. Tribes whose main livelihood was hunting, couldn´t create the culture but people whose cultivated the land, had to stay in one area longer time and baked bread was able to do so.

One of the oldest bread makers in the UK is a company called Hovis, and it is shortened from the Latin words "Hovinis Mis" which mean "Strength of Man"

Bread is more nutritious

As I wrote before like "bread = culture?", we still need to remember there are other cultures which base to something else, like to the rice. Our culture (with bread) is not superior comparing to them. A wheat (or barley or something else) just happened to grow better than rice.
Once I was in Japan. I wanted bread with the meal in the restaurant. They said they don't have bread but they have rice. It was a wired thing to me not having bread in a restaurant.
