Try to get a professional (or BSc or MSc) diploma/award/degree) in education/teaching at some college/university.
There are some online programmes, but better it is probably to enroll at a campus at the best universities, say Kings College London, Oxford, Cambridge etc.
Best is to get 2 diplomas/degrees, say Islamic studies and Education or Computer sciences, Education and Islamic studies and Business.
After you get one diploma, it is faster to get second or third one.
It can be done in 3-5 years time, but afterwards your services will be a lot more improved and valued and you will be probably be able to open up a profitable business.
