So I've heard a lot of Nouman Ali Khan lectures/reciation , I've heard a lot of people talk about him, and Masha'ALLAH he is an amazing Muslim!!!
Which are your guy's favorite lectures by him?? He has so many I'm not even sure where to start.
JazakAllah Khlairen
Salaam
If Allah afflicts you with a calamity, none can remove it but He;
and if He intends to bestow a favour, none can withhold His bounty.
He bestows it on whomsoever of His servants He pleases; He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.
[Yunus, 10:107]
I love brother Nouman to death! Alhamdulillah and May Allah reward of of his work. Ameen! I love his Tafsir that he gives it really is easy to understand and it will make you appreciate the Qur'an even more.
If ustadz Nouman Ali Khan could hear what you say, I'm sure, he would give you a short lecture about why you are not allowed to express your admiration toward him with "I love brother Nouman to death".
I call him ustadz (Islamic teacher) because what he has done in teaching Islam to people made him deserves to be called by this title. But he is still an ordinary human. So, I will not say "I love ustadz Nouman Ali Khan to death".
SubhanAllah, that is my favorite as well. I also found the following very interesting and required for today's scenario:
If Allah helps you, none can overcome you; and if He forsakes you, who is there after Him that can help you? And in Allah (Alone) let believers put their trust.
Surah Ale Imran : 160
It was narrated that Anas ibn Maalik (may Allaah be pleased with him) said:
The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) climbed up Uhud, accompanied by Abu Bakr, ‘Umar and ‘Uthmaan, and the mountain shook with them. He struck it with his foot and said: “Stand firm, O Uhud, for there is no one on you but a Prophet or a Siddeeq or two martyrs.”
Narrated by al-Bukhaari (3483)
Allah (Subhaanahu Wa Taala) does not inspire seeking forgiveness in a slave whom he wishes to punish.
