No sister that has no musical instruments in it. The reason it sounds like that is because there are many people singing in harmony that when done well (like this one is) can very much sound like an instrument. I know this because for 6 years in school I was in the chorus. (it is a group of people that sing )
Many times we sand with no music and it was the harmony that made it sound like we were! Hope this helps

In Music, You Get Various Instruments And sounds Going Off At Once...And In This Nasheed...You Have Alot Of Voices Going Off At Once...Making It Sound Populated...So Some People Might Confuse It For Music...
