The currency at the time was dinar, but I don’t know the name of his servant.
I came across mention of someone called Malik ibn Dinar, who was the son of a Persian slave called Dinar, but couldn’t find a mention of his father Dinar.
There was also someone called Abdullah Ibn Dinar, who was a narrator in some ahadith, who it seems was one of the servants of Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both). As Umar Ibn Abdul Aziz was a great grandson of Umar Ibn al Khattab (may Allah be pleased with them both), maybe there is a connection with Abdullah ibn Dinar through that?

The name of the servant was Dirham.

Your answer is right as both dinar and dirham were used as currency in umayyad dynasty.

    Thanks for your reply.

There has certainly come to you a Messenger from among yourselves. Grievous to him is what you suffer; [he is] concerned over you and to the believers is kind and merciful.

But if they turn away, [O Muhammad], say, "Sufficient for me is Allah ; there is no deity except Him. On Him I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne.

Surah Taubah ayaat 128-129, which are the last verses of that surah.

    Your turn next.

But you are saying our favourite month so Ramadan but I'm not seeing a connection to Allah (SWT) names, only maybe the Kareem? The month of generosity

    Trivia game

    Three simple rules in life:

    1) If you do not go after what you want, you will never have it
    2) If you don't ask, the answer will always be no.
    3) If you do not step forward, you'll always be in the same place

    Re: Trivia game

Allah ta'ala has more than 99 names. Even in the Qur'an there are plenty of names which are other than the famous 99 names.

There's a hadith, the interpretation of which is: "Don't just say Ramadhan because Ramadhan is a name of Allah. Say the month of Ramadhan."

However scholars say we are not obligated to say "the month of Ramadhan" everytime since most of us are not aware it's the name of Allah.
