Allah ta'ala has more than 99 names. Even in the Qur'an there are plenty of names which are other than the famous 99 names.
There's a hadith, the interpretation of which is: "Don't just say Ramadhan because Ramadhan is a name of Allah. Say the month of Ramadhan."
However scholars say we are not obligated to say "the month of Ramadhan" everytime since most of us are not aware it's the name of Allah.

So sister nájlá it's your turn.
Interesting jazakiallah khayr
Q: Name 6 fruits mentioned in the Quran (Easy one so no searching for this one)
Three simple rules in life:
1) If you do not go after what you want, you will never have it
2) If you don't ask, the answer will always be no.
3) If you do not step forward, you'll always be in the same place
However scholars say we are not obligated to say "the month of Ramadhan" everytime since most of us are not aware it's the name of Allah.
I think that might be a weak hadith, snd Allah knows best.
The prophet would be more aware than us of the names of Allah, yet mentioned Ramadan on its own many times, without saying shahr (month):
"Abu Ayub narrated that :
the Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever fasts Ramadan, then follows it with six from Shawwal, then that is (equal in reward) to fasting everyday"
Sahih, Jaami al Tirmidhi 759 and there are many other examples.
A student of knowledge was asked about the hadith that mentions Ramadan being a name of Allah, and he said that it is a weak hadith:
Interesting still as I wasn't even aware that this was mentioned anywhere, so all are learning points.

Indeed Allah knows, and you know not (16: 74, part)
