1 = ik
2 = duw
3 = threy
4 = chaar
5 = panj
6 = chiy
7 = sath
8 = att
9 = nawh
10 = da

Yeh you got them right, better then what that zero zero dude was telling you (no offence to that guy). A chaachi is like people from a certain area in pakistan i think n they kinda speak hinko and pushto and urdu. Pathaan is like a caste init like punjabi or mirpuri.
