House of Islam and House of War,what the heck is it?
are there such things in islam,or Robert Spencer made it up?

Why read Robert Spencer?
Such a distinction was made by the early scholars I believe. It was more a distinction that within the Islamic empire there was stability and peace, whereas outside of it was warefare and fighting.
