One of the greatest discoveries was for me to find Islam, a religion that is entirely devoted to God, and I didn't have to become a Jew, a monk, a priest.
What opened my heart was when I first read the Qur'an in 1975, the story of Yusuf (peace be upon him) as well as stories of other prophets (peace be upon them) in the Qur'an.
Jabir bin 'Abdullah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said:'A slave (of Allah) shall not believe until he believes in Al-Qadar, its good and its bad, such that he knows that what struck him would not have missed him, and that what missed him would not have struck him." (Jami 'at Tirmidhi)

What Struck Me The Most About The Quran
The Media Wouldn't Let Me Preach The Message
