Do you have a kindle?

I can suggest a good book that is free on there. But in the beginning just have the intention and practice the actual movements.

The book is called how to pray,

It makes it a three step process . The first step is just motions and basic phrases. The second is adding more of the prayer to it. And then the third is full on salat. But the point is to get comfortable with one step then move on to the next

I do not have a kindle unfortunately but if you know of any videos or anyway to remembering the steps of salah and recitation it would be much appreciated

I will get you some information sister. Give me till the morning insha Allah I will have a lot of helpful information. But until then there are some great videos on YouTube to get you started

It is best to offer each of the five mandatory prayers as soon as the time has started, as it is not allowed to postpone them without a legitimate reason and it must not be postponed beyond its allowed time. So being a Muslim we all should know the right salah timings and for this we can download the prayer time app and can also get salah

It is better for males to pray in congregation in mosque even if it is not in the earliest time. It is 27 times better according to hadith

Infact it is sinful for men t to miss praying in congregation without a strong excuse
