    How prophet( S.A.W.) made friends?

    Report bad ads?

It's always been a question in my head that I can't never forget.

How does he(Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.) make friends and companions?

It would be very interesting to know that how he(Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.) made friends because whatever he(Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.) does means it's a really good thing to be followed-on. The example he(Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.) gives us on other things is so good that it's almost perfect.

    So anyone?

Re: How prophet( S.A.W.) made friends?

Nobody ever makes friends. A person is a friend to others and as a result those who are befriended become friends.

Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) was the perfect friend to others. We can see in the Ahadith that he treated all people fairly and with kindness. He was never an enemy except to those who attacked Islam. By being the perfect friend to others, he was able to accept others as friends.

He also was certain to abide by limitations and not transgress beyond that which is permitted. While he was friends to all people that were not enemies it was only Muslims he accepted as wali. (Do not let the word wali cause confusion, while it is translated as friend, wali is a deeper word that has no non Arabic translation)
