On the RoadtoJannah message board I typically post a Hadith of the Day and the Ayat of the Day. I see that there is already a Hadith of the Day thread here so inshAllah I intend to contribute to that. However, when doing a few searches on this board I could not find an Ayat of the Day thread, so I decided to make one. If there is one already please merge this and point me in the right direction inshAllah. Also if everyone could contribute that would be wonderful. Discussion, Ayats, anything inshAllah.

8. Al-Anfal (Spoils Of War, Booty)
Surah: 8 Aya: 16
Transliteration
16. Waman yuwallihim yawma-ithin duburahu illa mutaharrifan liqitalin aw mutahayyizan ila fi-atin faqad baa bighadabin mina Allahi wama/wahu jahannamu wabi/sa almaseeru
Translation
16. And whoever turns his back to them on such a day - unless it be a stratagem of war, or to retreat to a troop (of his own), - he indeed has drawn upon himself wrath from Allâh. And his abode is Hell, and worst indeed is that destination!
ثُمَّ نُـنَجِّى الَّذِيْنَ اتَّقَوْا وَّنَذَرُ الظّٰلِمِيْنَ فِيْهَا جِثِيًّا
"Then We will save those who feared Allah and leave the wrongdoers within it, on their knees."
(QS. Maryam 19: Verse 72)
اَفَرَءَيْتَ الَّذِيْ كَفَرَ بِاٰ يٰتِنَا وَقَا لَ لَاُ وْتَيَنَّ مَا لًا وَّوَلَدًا
"Then, have you seen he who disbelieved in Our verses and said, "I will surely be given wealth and children [in the next life]?""
(QS. Maryam 19: Verse 77)
اَللّٰهُ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ ۗ لَـهُ الْاَ سْمَآءُ الْحُسْنٰى
"Allah - there is no deity except Him. To Him belong the best names."
(QS. Taa-Haa 20: Verse 8)
فَقُوْلَا لَهٗ قَوْلًا لَّيِّنًا لَّعَلَّهٗ يَتَذَكَّرُ اَوْ يَخْشٰى
"And speak to him with gentle speech that perhaps he may be reminded or fear [Allah].""
(QS. Taa-Haa 20: Verse 44)
فَاُ لْقِيَ السَّحَرَةُ سُجَّدًا قَا لُوْۤا اٰمَنَّا بِرَبِّ هٰرُوْنَ وَمُوْسٰى
"So the magicians fell down in prostration. They said, "We have believed in the Lord of Aaron and Moses.""
(QS. Taa-Haa 20: Verse 70)
اِنَّمَاۤ اِلٰهُكُمُ اللّٰهُ الَّذِيْ لَاۤ اِلٰـهَ اِلَّا هُوَ ۗ وَسِعَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ عِلْمًا
"Your god is only Allah, except for whom there is no deity. He has encompassed all things in knowledge.""
(QS. Taa-Haa 20: Verse 98)
يَوْمَئِذٍ لَّا تَنْفَعُ الشَّفَا عَةُ اِلَّا مَنْ اَذِنَ لَـهُ الرَّحْمٰنُ وَرَضِيَ لَـهٗ قَوْلًا
"That Day, no intercession will benefit except [that of] one to whom the Most Merciful has given permission and has accepted his word."
(QS. Taa-Haa 20: Verse 109)
فَتَعٰلَى اللّٰهُ الْمَلِكُ الْحَـقُّ ۚ وَلَا تَعْجَلْ بِا لْقُرْاٰ نِ مِنْ قَبْلِ اَنْ يُّقْضٰۤى اِلَيْكَ وَحْيُهٗ ۖ وَقُلْ رَّبِّ زِدْنِيْ عِلْمًا
"So high [above all] is Allah, the Sovereign, the Truth. And, [O Muhammad], do not hasten with [recitation of] the Qur'an before its revelation is completed to you, and say, "My Lord, increase me in knowledge.""
(QS. Taa-Haa 20: Verse 114)
وَمَنْ اَعْرَضَ عَنْ ذِكْرِيْ فَاِ نَّ لَـهٗ مَعِيْشَةً ضَنْكًا وَّنَحْشُرُهٗ يَوْمَ الْقِيٰمَةِ اَعْمٰى
"And whoever turns away from My remembrance - indeed, he will have a depressed life, and We will gather him on the Day of Resurrection blind.""
(QS. Taa-Haa 20: Verse 124)
وَلَا تَمُدَّنَّ عَيْنَيْكَ اِلٰى مَا مَتَّعْنَا بِهٖۤ اَزْوَا جًا مِّنْهُمْ زَهْرَةَ الْحَيٰوةِ الدُّنْيَا ۙ لِنَفْتِنَه ُمْ فِيْهِ ۗ وَرِزْقُ رَبِّكَ خَيْرٌ وَّاَبْقٰى
"And do not extend your eyes toward that by which We have given enjoyment to [some] categories of them, [its being but] the splendor of worldly life by which We test them. And the provision of your Lord is better and more enduring."
(QS. Taa-Haa 20: Verse 131)
مَاۤ اٰمَنَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ مِّنْ قَرْيَةٍ اَهْلَـكْنٰهَا ۚ اَفَهُم ْ يُؤْمِنُوْنَ
"Not a [single] city which We destroyed believed before them, so will they believe?"
(QS. Al-Anbiyaa 21: Verse 6)
وَمَا جَعَلْنٰهُمْ جَسَدًا لَّا يَأْكُلُوْنَ الطَّعَا مَ وَمَا كَا نُوْا خٰلِدِيْنَ
"And We did not make the prophets forms not eating food, nor were they immortal [on earth]."
(QS. Al-Anbiyaa 21: Verse 8)
اَوَلَمْ يَرَ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْۤا اَنَّ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَا لْاَ رْضَ كَا نَـتَا رَتْقًا فَفَتَقْنٰهُمَا ۗ وَجَعَ لْنَا مِنَ الْمَآءِ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ حَيٍّ ۗ اَفَلَا يُؤْمِنُوْنَ
"Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, and We separated them and made from water every living thing? Then will they not believe?"
(QS. Al-Anbiyaa 21: Verse 30)
وَنَضَعُ الْمَوَا زِيْنَ الْقِسْطَ لِيَوْمِ الْقِيٰمَةِ فَلَا تُظْلَمُ نَـفْسٌ شَيْـئًـا ۗ وَاِ نْ كَا نَ مِثْقَا لَ حَبَّةٍ مِّنْ خَرْدَلٍ اَتَيْنَا بِهَا ۗ وَكَفٰى بِنَا حٰسِبِيْنَ
"And We place the scales of justice for the Day of Resurrection, so no soul will be treated unjustly at all. And if there is [even] the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it forth. And sufficient are We as accountant."
(QS. Al-Anbiyaa 21: Verse 47)
فَفَهَّمْنٰهَا سُلَيْمٰنَ ۚ وَكُلًّا اٰتَيْنَا حُكْمًا وَّعِلْمًا ۖ وَّسَخَّرْن َا مَعَ دَاوٗدَ الْجِبَا لَ يُسَبِّحْنَ وَا لطَّيْرَ ۗ وَكُنَّا فٰعِلِيْنَ
"And We gave understanding of the case to Solomon, and to each [of them] We gave judgement and knowledge. And We subjected the mountains to exalt [Us], along with David and [also] the birds. And We were doing [that]."
(QS. Al-Anbiyaa 21: Verse 79)
اِنَّ هٰذِهٖۤ اُمَّتُكُمْ اُمَّةً وَّا حِدَةً ۖ وَّاَنَاۡ رَبُّكُمْ فَا عْبُدُوْنِ
"Indeed this, your religion, is one religion, and I am your Lord, so worship Me."
(QS. Al-Anbiyaa 21: Verse 92)
يٰۤـاَيُّهَا النَّا سُ اِنْ كُنْـتُمْ فِيْ رَيْبٍ مِّنَ الْبَـعْثِ فَاِ نَّـا خَلَقْنٰكُمْ مِّنْ تُرَا بٍ ثُمَّ مِنْ نُّـطْفَةٍ ثُمَّ مِنْ عَلَقَةٍ ثُمَّ مِنْ مُّضْغَةٍ مُّخَلَّقَةٍ وَّغَيْرِ مُخَلَّقَةٍ لِّـنُبَيِّنَ لَـكُمْ ۗ وَنُقِرُّ فِى الْاَ رْحَا مِ مَا نَشَآءُ اِلٰۤى اَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى ثُمَّ نُخْرِجُكُمْ طِفْلًا ثُمَّ لِتَبْلُغُوْۤا اَشُدَّكُمْ ۚ وَمِنْكُمْ مَّنْ يُّتَوَفّٰى وَمِنْكُمْ مَّنْ يُّرَدُّ اِلٰۤى اَرْذَلِ الْعُمُرِ لِكَيْلَا يَعْلَمَ مِنْۢ بَعْدِ عِلْمٍ شَيْـئًـا ۗ وَتَرَى الْاَ رْضَ هَا مِدَةً فَاِ ذَاۤ اَنْزَلْنَا عَلَيْهَا الْمَآءَ اهْتَزَّتْ وَرَبَتْ وَاَ نْۢبَـتَتْ مِنْ كُلِّ زَوْجٍۢ بَهِيْجٍ
"O People, if you should be in doubt about the Resurrection, then [consider that] indeed, We created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop, then from a clinging clot, and then from a lump of flesh, formed and unformed - that We may show you. And We settle in the wombs whom We will for a specified term, then We bring you out as a child, and then [We develop you] that you may reach your [time of] maturity. And among you is he who is taken in [early] death, and among you is he who is returned to the most decrepit [old] age so that he knows, after [once having] knowledge, nothing. And you see the earth barren, but when We send down upon it rain, it quivers and swells and grows [something] of every beautiful kind."
(QS. Al-Hajj 22: Verse 5)
اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَا لَّذِيْنَ هَا دُوْا وَا لصّٰبِــئِيْنَ وَا لنَّصٰرٰى وَا لْمَجُوْسَ وَا لَّذِيْنَ اَشْرَكُوْۤا ۖ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ يَفْصِلُ بَيْنَهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيٰمَةِ ۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيْدٌ
"Indeed, those who have believed and those who were Jews and the Sabeans and the Christians and the Magians and those who associated with Allah - Allah will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed Allah is, over all things, Witness."
(QS. Al-Hajj 22: Verse 17)
اِنَّ اللّٰهَ يُدٰفِعُ عَنِ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْۤا ۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ خَوَّا نٍ كَفُوْرٍ
"Indeed, Allah defends those who have believed. Indeed, Allah does not like everyone treacherous and ungrateful."
(QS. Al-Hajj 22: Verse 38)
