One day, my friend and I decided to attend a Christian event on campus. I am not going to lie. I was a bit nervous because we did stand out from the crowd. Were we going to be judged? Will they ask us a lot of questions? These were the thoughts racing in my head. Click the link below to read more:
I was having a nervous breakdown because I did not feel comfortable driving at all. There was nothing I could do at this point because moving forward would lead to the freeway. I gave up. Because I was out of ideas, I decided to put my head on the steering wheel, and I made dua. I asked Allah (SWT) to get me out of this situation, and to help my dad find me. To be completely honest, I did not even believe my dua would work. Read the article to find what happened next:

While I was on the bus, I remembered a post on the UCLA MSA page mentioning Hamza Yusuf’s “Life of the Prophet,” so I decided to listen to it. Right next to me was a man, and when I first saw him, I think he was playing games on his phone. While I left the auditory lecture playing, I could tell he was staring at what I was doing.
